This program is no better or worse than many that are out there, but the terrible part is they refuse to let you go. You cancel but they hold your membership captive for months. I haven’t used it but for the first day or two. I had no interest and unsubscribed/cancelled. Now they continue to charge me. I haven’t used it and they illegally hold my card information for months, from August to late November, before allowing the cancellation go through.

DONT SIGN UP OR YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTINUE TO OAY WITH LITTLE OR NO RECOURSE. THERE IS NO WAY TO SOEAK TO A LIVE PERSON AND IM STILL WAITING FOR AN EMAIL IR TWXT RESPONSE.

  • Helpful THANKS

The app keeps me on track and makes tracking soo much easier! The emails and zoom calls are informative and helpful! I had been trying to do it on my own and was losing weight slowly but the lose it phase has taken the weight off faster! I enjoy having the recipes, being able to swap them and the printing of the grocery list and the week meal plan helps in shopping and meal prep organizing! The exercise suggestions are helpful, I appreciate the how to videos! THANKS
  • Plan is good but…..

The plan itself is good , teaches you to make healthy choices, habits and break bad habits.

There are different meal plans available, including vegetarian but no Vegan plan ( I hope they add it in the near future). Exercise plans available with and without equipment.

If you follow the meal plan it could get very pricey except the simple meal plan, it is very simple 😉

All is well and good but I didn’t loose any weight even in the “loose it “ phase I think it’s because before I started this diet I was making relatively healthy choices being a vegetarian all my life I was eating lots of vegetables, whole grains fruits and not eating sugar etc., so I didn’t see any difference, I think 💭 it could also be because I am going through menopause. But will continue this because I do believe I will see benefits in the long run with my health!!
  • Be prepared to lose your money

The diet didn't work for me. I live in a small town and most of the recipes were impossible to buy for at our little grocery store. Not their fault, but not a good fit.
What does upset me is that I got no notice of renewal or any warning before the next year's charge hit my card. Within 2 hours I was trying to get my money back, but once you have access to the plan, even for 2 hours, there is a strict no refund policy. Again, my responsibility to keep up with that, they just enforced their own policy, but let the buyer beware! They are sneaky about how they will get your money! Be smarter than I was if you want to cancel your plan!

  • App could use QoL improvements

The app doesn’t automatically sync to the correct date, and each tab doesn’t sync to the next. So when it’s a new day, you have to change the date in the main tab, tracker tab, and the meal plan tab.

The food database could be improved to include popular restaurant items, or even suggestions for wherever you are eating. Can’t figure out if it’s possible to make your own recipes in the food tracker to save time, it seems you only have the recipes they provide. Otherwise you have to put in every ingredient every time.
  • Useless for those with food allergies

This app is useless for meal planning if you have food allergies. There is no way to eliminate ingredients before the meal recommendations only after adding a recipe to your day. The fact that they make you complete an entire year subscription with limited trial period is bad customer service in my opinion. I am now locked into $22 per month and cannot use it. Consider other options if you have food allergies+sensitivities. Especially if avocados is one of them. So frustrated.

  • Find diet has too many carbs

Feel diet too rigid. Need more flexibility in options within a menu. Makes tracking incorrect.
Would like lists of options within menu plan. For example if toast an option and I chose rice equivalent, I would like to be able to track.
Diet not reflective of need to control carbs and fat. I have pre diabetes A1C result. I do not take any medication for this. I think the carbs allowed in may reflect someone on insulin.
I’ll probably continue for 1 more week but then will cancel and look for a plan that is different.

  • Be very careful…

Be very careful in your consideration of this subscription program. I personally have lost more money than weight. Program will auto-renew, without reminder, at the same rate at which you signed up. Even if you contact customer service within 48hrs of the auto-renewal, they will simply inform you of their terms & conditions indicating no refund for auto-renewal fees. These auto-renew subscriptions claim to make your experience more seamless, but it’s really about locking you in and hoping you forget to cancel when it doesn’t work. Don’t get trapped like I did!

    Developer Response

Thanks for taking the time to post your review. Our plans auto-renew for your convenience to ensure there is no interruption in this important journey. You can cancel your auto-renewal at any time on your accounts page or by contacting our team. • It really works!

I have tried many diets over the years. This was works for me because it gives me a meal plan for each day. I have followed it for twelve weeks and I have been successfully loosing weight each week.
  • Membership not worth the value

Overall the diet seems to work for most people. I reached out for support, but seems that they don’t save the data to provide proper support. I was on a keto plan for over 3 weeks, and wasn’t working for me. I reached out for support, and in the meantime, I switched to another meal plan to see how they compared to keto, and kept their simple plan selected. I received a response from the support team 4 days after, and it was based on the new meal plan selection, so their response was that I wasn’t following the meal plan. Of course I was following it! But the keto plan, not the recently changed meal plan. So the response was useless. Also, the person pointed out that I needed to be in caloric deficit, below 1,200, to be able to lose weight. Caloric burn by working out is not taken into account. This doesn’t seem right. This is frustrating, because the support team is not able to provide a response based on the data of the previous weeks and meal plan.
My advise to anyone is to not sign up for the meal plan and support subscription program. They do a better effort to provide support on the free Facebook group, working on weekends to approve posts.
