Confusing, not helpful for tracking
I just started the 6 month plan however I find the app really confusing. You can’t delete any meals out of the journal if you accidentally add something twice. I don’t see any of the fitness/workouts in the app. I like that each day you get a full meal plan so you know your getting exactly the right amount of calories etc for your goal and can switch things if you want, but other than that I wish this app was more intuitive and helpful/worked more like the weight watchers one. I don’t find it helpful for tracking at all.Lula27689
