I was excited to use this app. The meal ideas are fabulous, and interesting. I had created a grocery shopping list, looked at a few recipes and yes, I wanted to make them. Then I got a little further, and it’s time to look at the price for the app if the price for the three months was what it was for a full year I would’ve done it. We are on Social Security and the idea of spending $134 or whatever it was every three months I can’t do that now if you were going to send me the food, that would be alright..
Really only have about 5 lbs to shed, but the A1C is higher than I has ever been. Either way, I will still be increasing my intake of veggies p

Homemade Method is a great program that provides me with a variety of tools to eat healthy. I have been wanting to eat more vegetables but couldn’t find recipes that inspired me. Not only do Homemade Method recipes inspire me to cook, they are delicious!
I have also found that I lose weight without counting calories. I snack less than before and I am satisfied after eating without overeating. Chef Lizzie’s videos have taught me how to prepare and put delicious meals together. I started the program with smoothies, then gradually added my favorite recipes from the weekly calendar of recipes to try along with a shopping list. Following the recipes has helped me control my blood pressure and my weight. My cholesterol has been coming down. I also use the video library for mindfulness and targeted exercise. The great thing is the app! It makes everything so easy! We also have a community on Facebook that shares ideas.Great App, Amazing healthy eating program!
I’ve been a member of this program for a few years now - before they added the App. The App was the perfect addition. I love that the HM team asked the members for help with the requirements and testing for their App. We know what we need and want and the Homemade Method team listens. I love just typing in an ingredient I have in my pantry/fridge and getting lots of healthy, delicious options to choose from. Also, it’s perfect for meal planning. You pick recipe choices for the week and the app creates your grocery list. As for the program itself, my A1C, blood pressure and weight have never been better. The HM coaches, program and App are all 5 stars! The best thing of all is the personal touches. The HM team is like family. ❤️Developer Response
