Healthy Steps Nutrition is an amazing program. The simple habit based approach makes improving your health so easy. I loved working with my coach Elena. Her encouragement and kindness were just what I needed to stay on track to make my new habits permanent. The accountability of a coach and the app made all the difference for me. Great App! Hoping for expanded macro tracker options
I have recently started using this app with my nutrition coach at my CrossFit box and love it! The only draw back for me is I wish it were compatible with MacrosFirst instead of MFP. With an app that encourages following macros, it would be awesome if it integrated with a free macros focused app like MacrosFirst instead of MFP which makes you pay a hefty fee for premium features like macro breakdowns per meal.Show lesscristinaquinty
