Amazing Trainer With Options
Great app with many options for training at all levels. I do these workouts on the Wednesdays of my Training Weeks and it’s one of my favorite things to look forward to. Customers, highly recommend adding it your gym folder and for devs to continue to build it. Love this app a ton! Has motivating coaches and good developmental workouts. I do wish that on their leaderboards they would differ between those who shadowbox or use really lightweight gloves from those that use a heavy bag and heavier ounce gloves. It’s evident that those on top of the leader boards typically are using the wrist sensors and shadowboxing. However, I look forward to working out every day and have already lost over 30 pounds doing these exercises.Show lessSacked54

I was looking to find a cost effective option for trackers and subscription - this satisfies both.
While I received a $20 per year discount (which is what I believe is roughly fair) for subscription, once you sign up you get a discount on the trackers - I chose the bag tracker for $35, so for less than $60 I have a viable workout plan for a year and beyond.
Bag strap tracker (uses your iPhone) is accurate and workouts are easy to follow, what more could you ask for? Perfect for fitness and learning the great sport!Show lessJazzyJT08

I tried PunchLab a few weeks ago and decided to order the wrist trackers to really get serious again about training. I’m a little ways into an intermediate program and love the energy of the trainers, the quantifiable progress, and the flexibility to box on my schedule!

Used to have bas rutten on tape and did the boxing and Thai round to death- this is exactly right- tons of different things to try but a few more stylistic updates would be cool - if the mixed styles was updated with fight like… type exercises like arnie abs was doing- all in all worth the money. I don’t use the competitive stuff so maybe missing something there but cool round timer tool and the ai round are developing pretty okShow lesscoalduststar
