I have tried so many different diets over the years with no success. I’m getting married in 8 wks and downloaded 12 weeks to wow about a month ago. It has been amazing . Its helping me changed my way of thinking about food. I still enjoy my food but I have smaller portions, eat slower and only eat now when I’m physically hungry. I used to always make myself have breakfast lunch and tea, even if I wasn’t hungry, the program has made me realise I don’t need to do this 😄 If I get hungry now, I have water and if I’m still hungry after that I will have some food. It is such an amazing app. I still have a little way to go before I’m happy with my weight but I can already see a difference. Definitely the best app and program around. I highly recommend 12 weeks to wow Thank you so much 😘 xx
