Beware
I must have turned on 2FA at some point and whatever it did it read my phone number wrong and now SMS 2FA won’t work to get my funds out.
Ok, no problem, just enter my seed phrase and recover my wallet, right?
WRONG! If you have 2FA enabled Blockstream stores a piece of your security key and now you are no longer custodian of your Bitcoin. YOU CANNOT RESTORE WITH YOUR SEED PHRASE IF YOU HAVE 2FA ENABLED. So if the 2FA doesn’t work you are beyond screwed. They have an option where you can turn it off and ‘it will expire in 12 months.’ Gee, thanks, Blockstream.
Their support is completely incoherent telling me to ‘see my 2FA number’ by ‘visit settings.’ Like duh. I can see my number.. it has the right last number but only 9 numbers in the phone for SMS. No wonder it isn’t working. I don’t need to see it. I need you guys to fix this for chrissakes.

Cannot connect my new Jade Wallet
When I try to connect my new Jade via Bluetooth and pair it, it does not connect. It just stays in “logging in” menu indefinitely. Very frustrated as I just bought the new Jade and the iOS is having issues. 0 stars if I could rate it.
Good!
Very slow firmware updates, otherwise very good usability.
This company will steal your bitcoin
I used this app for a few months now. Next to having to try sending your bit coin activity more than once before anything happens, they will steal your bitcoin and then prove to you they don’t care about you.
First of all Ill start by saying I couldn’t send or recieve anything into my bitcoin wallet which was an issue because I had 1000 dollars in my wallet I needed to pay for life. I reached out to the company and got a response and was helped diagnose what was going on and nothing came of it. Then about 2pm the next day I get a message from the same guy saying he needs me to help him by doing a few things to get my account working, which I did . I then noticed that all of my money had been sent to a diffferent wallet. So I try and remessage staff telling them someone was stealing my money and if there was a way to stop a payment that wasn’t comfimed. I also explained the name of the person stealing my money and asked a few questions about This situation. I get a generic response saying they will never message us first and not to fall for these scams, and nothing about my questions I had or an apology or anything like they are gonna try and stop this guy from ripping off there customers.
Now you might think I was scammed by a random. But here’s the thing. This person did get my account working because he was able to get it working again. I had tried every hour prior to withdrawal my bitcoin from the wallet with no success. So the fact this guy knew exactly when my account was fixed and then ran off with my money and then customer support just completely brushing this off has me thinking it was legit them. Don’t trust this company, they allow their employees to steal your bitcoin, then pretend like they don’t know what’s going on.

App not opening, funds stuck
The app gets stuck on 'Logging in...' after pin or face id. How do I access my BTC?
Nano X
Stopped connecting to ledger. Used to work but not anymore.
Bluetooth does not work with iOS
In theory, I like everything the Blockstream Jade has to offer from features to security to being Bitcoin-only. Unfortunately, it’s proprietary wallet app Blockstream Green does not connect to iPhones via Bluetooth as advertised. I and two other friends bought Jades at the same time. All three of us have iPhones and none of us can connect the Jade to Green via Bluetooth. Yes, the firmware is up-to-date and we have all gone through Blockstream’s troubleshooting guide for Bluetooth connectivity issues. In its current state, Green simply does not work with iPhone via Bluetooth. I’m frustrated and disappointed. I sincerely hope Blockstream figures this out quickly. Three new Jade hardware wallets, three different iPhones, zero Bluetooth functionality. It cannot be a coincidence!

New Green Wallet
Just download the new green wallet. Got it connected to my Blockstream Jade. So far, I am unable to find out how to get a receive public key for Segwit. The receive is only showing a public key for legacy bitcoin. So far not a usable experience or it app.
Loved this app but now the fees are higher
Not sure why it costs more to send btc now
