App Crashes
App keeps crashing, no tech support. I set up a new internet and I can’t update the wifi mesh extenders! Websites leads me to “pay for help” absolute trashEjx16
FIX THIS APP!!
Love mymesh hardware when the freaking app is stable. Made a login and I manage two households and it randomly crashes or logs me out and can’t get back into my account and if I do it doesn’t show my house holds so I have to re do ever mesh in both homes to see it again. Just lost power at 5am main internet is working but the mesh network isn’t. And of course when I open mymesh app it says ‘setup’ and when I click it IT DOES NOTHING!!! I can’t even go to a sign in page. I’m about to break up with mymesh it’s giving me too many headaches latelyShow lesstheofficialbree
Great then disappointing
I loved this app, as I often have internet issues I’m my area it allowed me to quickly isolate the problem isn’t with my Mesh. The mesh system itself have proven extremely reliable.
It randomly no longer works. Don’t understand how it can be on the same network and Randomly stop working. At least the Mesh system seems to still work well, fairly expensive system if the app stops working 3-4 years into owning.Show lessrandyoneer

Not very useful
This is a mostly useless app that gives you no control over anything in the network. It only lets you see what devices are connected to which node but you can’t take any action on devices or nodes. You can’t reboot a node, disconnect a device, move a device to another node or test internet speed. I’m not sure why they made it other than for setup. If your connection is having trouble there is nothing you can do.Show lessjbiilz
App isn’t working
I finally got logged into the app but it doesn’t even work nothing is showing any of my devices. Now 2 out of 3 of my routers aren’t working they are red the main router is working and is green what is going on?Hay&beans4
IPad issue
App works well except the iPad version won’t work in landscape view, only portrait view. Now I have to take the iPad out of its case every time I need to use the app. Could be better.Kyle Kai

MyMesh
Bought a system with 5 ms3 dots in August 2021 and it was easy to setup and worked great giving me coverage over 100 feet away in my shop.
A couple months ago I started having weak coverage except in the main places in home. No outside coverage at all. I’ve contacted several times with all different suggestions but nothing I’ve tried works. I did a complete start from scratch and it kind of works, but it’s nothing close to what it was when new. The app will say connecting and then success, only to turn around and say failed to connect to the internet. Yet it shows all my cubes or dots on the app as excellent signal even though the light is red instead of green. I’m almost ready to give up and buy something else although I don’t really want to. I cannot understand how this app has 4 stars. The only explanation to me is that they are paying for reviews. This app is buggy. It crashes every time I try to set up my Wi-Fi. It’s unusable.Wengelengel
