Worst app

I’ve been waiting for them to improve the app and the firmware might be updated and nothing!
This was worse performance than my previous WiFi and yet I saw it had potential so I kept it and figured the company would improve in a few months of testing their app and fixing their bugs but no update not one !!!! This company doesn’t want to engineer a great product and I’m now never buying anything they make cause it’s evident they don’t want to be the best or even bug free. Never any updates that’s ridiculous and proof they didn’t care to improve at all.Show lessDan Van
Parental control not very good
Great app. Particularly like that I can group all my kids’ devices and set time limits and turn off just their wifi. The problem is, any kid can simply download the app and change the stuff...... as my kid did. They are smart and it is easy to do. The app needs a seperate login and password that just the parent can know and change, so the kids cannot get into the app.Show lessROBLOX IS SO COOOOOOLLLLLLLLLL
Connection keeps dropping out
Problems with connection to each dots.

Can’t update firmware 1.0.0 to latest 1.0.7 deleted app and reinstalled iPhone app and still says I’m updated. I tried to download the firmware update this morning looked like it downloaded but it never installedMacfann
Awful app and product
My app crashes all the time I can’t configure certain settings. The meshes become in synced from the wifi but still work hardwired. Just a nightmare I’d advise everyone to look elsewhere to mesh wifi you get what you pay for with the app and product. I have set of 3 m3s for reference.DTB99
OMG
I’m trying to delete this and I can’t. This was the worst app ever . I tried setting the router up and it was working until I put in the password and the router would not connect. I wanted to go back on the app but it wouldn’t let me. No matter where I went on this app , I could not go back. It kept bringing up the same screens over and over. Kept rebooting my phone to shock the app back… nope. And try to contact them for help ! You have to email them ! No phone number. If you are trying to install a router , you have no WIFI ! Not where I am anyway… no cell tower close by so I can’t use cellular ! I have WiFi in my car but they didn’t respond. Anyway I unplugged their mesh router and will go back to my old one for now.Show lessjsks1222
Router works great
App is little disappointed but the router itself is superb. It cover the whole house with the dots.Dorimon1

Great app, but could be better !
It’s more a feedback to the developers than a review.
I like the app and all it have to offer, but it’s missing things like delete devices that was in your network, and no long are connected... and in fact those devices could just reaper in the list after delete when it joins back to the network.
I’ve spoke already with one representative of the MeshForce, and she said that she will forward my request to the dev. Team.
Hope you guys add more features to this app that can make our user experience even better !Show lesssaormart
