Disappointing app
The rower only links to the app, and I am very disappointed. I wish the app was more interactive. The “workouts” are just the distance of a location but all it’s really doing is tracking your distance while you look at a still picture that could pretty much be any body of water. I wish there was some sort of interaction in the workouts even if it were just like a straight line and you were racing a pacer boat on the still picture of the body of water. Pretty much every thing that gets tracked in the app you can track with the little digital screen and your iwatch.

Doesn’t track open goals
Software is workable but clunky.. the Open Goals option doesn’t log with the App so if you want to track exercise you have to do their preset challenges. Bluetooth interaction with rower is also so-so. Some basic improvements would go a lon
Good App.
The app would be great if it wasn’t stationary but moved up and down the water meanwhile you pass other boaters, swimmers, trees, buildings, or even folks standing or fishing on the river bank. Just a thought to better the programs visibility.
Very good app but when will it connect to Apple Watch
I really like the app but I wish it had an Apple Watch app too.

Easy to set up, but doesn’t sync well
The app is fairly easy to use. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, unless I choose a goal or challenge, it doesn’t actually record or recognize my workouts.
Rower is good, app is not
Would love to be able to use the app with my rower but app is trash.(using harsh terms to hopefully motivate developers to fix these issues) App says it syncs with my rower but does not record or save any of my workouts, would love to be able to record my stats from the challenges that are present but app literally does not save anything. Tried re-syncing multiple times, tried to delete and reinstall app but that does nothing but waste my time. Why can’t companies stand by their product anymore and make things that work correctly and/or last?

Can’t register
I tried 3 times to register and when it gets to where you input you email and password it just says oops something went wrong. No back button, no nothing to fix.
I was hoping for something good what I got, I guess I’ll never know.

Great way to work out. Easy start up,sync process
I am 59 year old lady. Use to be in great shape....but....well you know how it goes. Anyway this new rower is great for me. Full body workout without high impact on knees and hips. Highly recommend for any age. My only suggestion would be for developers to add videos of beautiful lakes, but the pictures and preset goals are super fun.
Also assembly was very easy and intuitive.
