Poor Bluetooth Connectivity
This is the 3rd time writing review without be bounced off app rating.
Impossible to connect Bluetooth even with all of the work around tips provided. A complete struggle. If the Bluetooth doesn’t work then it’s not interactive and the bike is not what is described as online . It’s a zero for now.
I’ve rebooted, unplugged , taken batteries out, reset mode, toggled on /off Bluetooth, reinstalled the app etc... no luck
I’ve managed to luck out with iPhone but not happening with iPad as I’ve wasted a good hour plus. It shouldn’t be this difficult temperamental.
Maybe after sending this review it will work !

Almost perfect
It would be 5-star if it was easier to link with the bike, it takes a few tries before it’s ready to go. Otherwise, it’s a great product.
Trouble before even using it
I scanned the code, it recognized my device, I agreed to all the contracts but when it asked for my email and password both email accounts I use it states are associated with accounts. I have never registered with this company or app so how is that possible? And I can’t get past this step. The app was one of the reasons I bought this bike. Also, the screws for the bottle holder are the wrong size.
Would be willing to change my star rating if this issue can be resolved.

What I was looking for
The app and the rower is perfect for those who like to track their activity with their iDevice. The iPad app has some interface out of place but I’m hoping it’ll get fixed with an update.
