  • Terrible company terrible app

    The customer service is bad and unprofessional, unwilling to help. They made me pay the insurance that I didn’t receive benefits since they mailed the register package late February which my employer terminated it on 2/4. I didn’t get coverage at all in February, more crazy thing about it, the customer services staffs unwilling to help, gave roundabouts answers, kept repeating the same things over and wanted to hang up. If you have to buy their insurance you will have to pay whatever the month that they set first month despite you have benefits or not, and plus $20 convenient fees each month if you want to pay online. Plus, wait for 15 days for processing. Which means you have to pay first two months insurance fees for half month benefits. This is the worse company and app ! If there is negative rating should be taken instead of 1 star, this company doesn’t deserve a positive rating, not even one star.

  • Payment

    I was to have my payment made automatically. Found out on 4th of the month. So went online & made payment, no problem.
    My Medical Insurance is stating EXPIRED & I’m getting online statements for bills!!
    Can’t log into App! States no internet connection, yet any other app works just fine! Frustrating!!

  • Nonfunctional

    Will not take a correct password from my Keychain. Keeps saying “No internet connection” when I am able to connect on every single other application.
  • Incompetent

    This easy to use mobile app fails at every turn. You cannot make elections on the app or on the website. You MUST mail the paper form to Wex. If you call about not being able to use the app or website, they will open a ticket and get back with you in 2-3 days.

    The service agent will be friendly, but is of little use, unfortunately.

    Technology passed Wex by many years ago. The app and website do very little to help you and is certainly not user friendly or efficient.

    With healthcare coverage a major issue with consumers, it is disappointing to see the system and the companies in the system put up obstacles to interfere with access to a basic necessity all the while promoting the system and profiting from such a poor system.

    It is frightening to know that my healthcare is put into the hands of inadequate technology.

  • Scammers

    My dental insurance is $29/month. They want me to pay them an extra $20 every time I make an online payment for a "convenience fee ". How ridiculous.
  • Wex might be the last worst company

    It’s 1995 over at Wex. Truly the worst experience of any company I’ve come across in at least a decade.
    There needs to be an award category just for Wex. There are simply no words.

    As a corporate design officer, I’d have no idea where to start with this company other than the end of it.
  • Doesn’t work

    The app doesn’t register that you’ve picked your elections, so it says you can’t proceed until you need at least one…. But you already have, and it just won’t work. Completely useless.

    To echo everyone else’s comments, this app is terribly made. I’ve been trying to log on for days, and I keep getting a service error message. I called customer service and was instructed to wait a few hours and try again…and if I still can’t login, to send an email. I sent an email and haven’t received a response… I wish I could use another provider but this is who my former employer selected, agh. Wex team, please get it together! I’m not asking for much, I just need to pay my bill.
