  • Making everything needlessly difficult

    This app is designed to make it difficult to purchase cobra and easy to miss a payment and have your payment lapse. You cannot save your credit card information. You cannot make automatic payments from your credit card. Each payment requires entering not just your credit card information but needles personal information they already have with login. On top of that they charge you a $20 convenience fee per payment. A class action attorney should look into this. The intent of the cobra law is to allow employees a bridge until they get a new job. This app is like dropping a bomb on that bridge. Employers don’t like offering cobra, they chose the administrator, so the administrator makes it difficult

  • Worst app/service

    Who freaken charges 20$ extra for credit card payments. That half of my dental payment. That illegal. And ill be submitting a report with the doj on this

    I have tried to set up but on last page it won’t allow to agree and sign in. I have tried repeatedly and started over but no luck. Now what am I supposed to do?

    During enrollment, the app changed my selection from OB to OB+1, doubling the price of my coverage. Now I have to figure out how to undo it.

    Not sure why this has a 1.5 literally took 5 minutes to sign up and purchase cobra. Very convenient.
  • Pointless $20 payment fee

    To whose “convenience” is the $20 online payment fee? Certainly not mine. Essentially makes the app useless plus it looks like it was designed in 2002 anyway.
  • Very poor design

    Poor design. When logging in for the first time, the page asks for your information to be entered. One of the fields asks for Member ID. If you fill in this field, it will not work. After 2 hours on hold with Wex customer service, she said “do not fill in this field”. In teeny tiny letters under the words “Member ID” it reads Not Required. Then I remembered I did the same thing last year and had to call Customer Service. Please fix this.

    My security questions never work. The page does not allow you to see what you entered or give you a page to review before sending. Nonetheless I was sure I entered correctly. It turns out that all dates should be entered with a back slash instead of a front slash. For example, I entered my mother’s birthday as 04/04 like any normal person. It requires you to enter 04\04. Please fix this.

  • Bad app and bad service

    It’s shameful they charge a $20 “convenience fee” on all transactions. This is far above industry norm or fees for any other service. On top of the unnecessary fee the app is poorly made.
  • Terrible app and processing fees

    This app does not allow you to use Saved Contact info or Saved credit cards. A major benefit for using iOS. The company also charges $20 service fee for all payments.

    I wrote this review once before and the developer did not reach out to me, like other developers do. Shows how little customer service means to DBI. Hopefully you don’t ever need to use them for COBRA payments.

  • Cannot Log In

    Pretty worthless app when it won’t let you log in. Just keep getting an error message. Do it on a browser instead.
