Saved me TWICE!
I have used this app for two major issues and found it super easy, convenient, and fast! The whole visits were completed in less time than it takes to get to any physician’s office and the medical professionals are amazing!

Notes
I love how easy it is to get appts with this app but I feel it has a very serious design flaw. The notes and referrals entered through this platform do not always get saved to the medical chart which I feel makes it difficult to maintain communication continuity between providers. The majority of patients don’t realize how much they should be keeping track of what goes on with their medical care and they heavily rely on providers and their documentation to keep up with that. In addition to that statement, I feel that providers are held to very high standards of documentation and spend countless hours on it.. therefore, having this type of l communication breakdown very seriously undermines their hard work and valuable time.

Outstanding
I am grateful for this healthcare option through Penn State. I am in significant pain from an ear infection and driving to Urgent Care felt dreadful. I looked over options on the PSH website and was happy to find this option. Physician I spoke with was fantastic and easy to communicate. Thank you!

Amazing Provider.
I have met with Cara twice, and both visits were amazing. So grateful to have her. She is amazing! Thank you for being so caring and for answering my millions of questions during the first visit.
Two issues
The login. I asked the app to kindly remember me, which it didn’t. The login does not let you access keychain passwords, so, it’s very hard to use a step by suggested password. I have to manually go into keychain and copy and paste the password. This is a huge pain point.
Second. The intro video. The audio really needs to be directed to my headphones. It will only play through the phone speakers, which makes checking in for my appointment awkward while sitting in my office - before I take the actual call in a more private place.

I like the virtual visits they’re very comfortable because I’m in my own home I can see if my doctor my doctor can see me quite well some of the test that he would do with me in his office he can check while we’re in the virtual visit I think it’s great save me a lot of travel time and and I just like it it’s really cool

Dr Chris Fan
Dr Fan is the best! He has taken care of my hypo parathyroid as well as thyroid needs for 14 year. He’s very professional and detailed. He is also very compassionate to me as a person. He’s always in time. He asks questions and also allows me to ask him questions. I have no complaints about Dr Chris Fan or his office. Even his staff is professional and compassionate which you don’t see often.

I found it awkward to use.
There was some trouble about how many questions I had to answer. How does this app work with just General questions I have been going through the web portal.
I was using it on my phone. The nurse had to hang up before the doctor could use the app. I found the user experience to be very troubling.
