Leave a Review UPMC Health Plan
Often frustrating
This is useful as a bare bones option but is often frustrating to use. Most recently the “back” button has completely disappeared in my app, meaning if I click on a claim to check the details I then have to fully log out and log back in to get anything done. There is also no option to select the plan that shows by default when you login in and the “request a prior authorization” option appears to send your information into the ether never to be seen again.Show lessFlex card scanner
So much for not being embarrassed at the checkout. I scan product at Walmart says approved for purchase get to checkout ( doesn’t make any difference if it’s self check out or a regular check out) it WILL NOT approve product. Have called UPMC flex card customer service they tell me maybe the registers are not updated. They tell me what I can purchase at Walmart and I cannot purchase it. I purchased flushable wipes the beginning of August on the flex card now when I scan them at Walmart it says they’re not approved. But I get to the register and they are approved. No one wants to seem to fix the flex app. It’s all my fault.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hi there, we’re so sorry to learn of your embarrassing experience at Walmart checkout. There are several factors that can cause this, and we will work diligently with our vendors to resolve the issue.App doesn’t even open
I don’t know what happened during the last few updates but anytime I try to open this app it pops up and then immediately shuts down. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling restarting my phone. Anything I can think of really so non-usable app equals one star I guess sorry hope you guys get it fixed.Show lessDeveloper Response
