Horrible

The response time and action through this app and work group is lacking. Be prepared to do things yourself.

Inaccurate rent credit

Slate housing switched to this app & now it says I have an $858 credit. & I wish I did. But I Do Not. It has been messed up since the switch in beginning of September. I’ve submitted several request for customer services to contact me with no reply!

Horrible app and company

Home365 recently acquired statehouse property which my roommates and I are tenants under. We reported a light fixture leaking water through the home365 app (the only way to make maintenance requests) and went 7 days without any news on repairs. We were finally able to get in contact with the repair person who was assigned to our job and told us he wasn’t able to confirm the job because the app is faulty. Very shady business which didn’t respond to multiple complaints and inquiries about our leakage. After the first reported incident another leak sprung in one of our bedrooms and water leaked out of a light fixture and the ceiling grew a hole in it due to water damage. Home365 did nothing to ensure the brown liquid leaking from our ceiling was fixed and we had to make multiple calls to our realtor and the maintenance company to confirm our appointment.

This is pure garbage

This dev should be ashamed of themselves. Constant nagging about turning on push notifications. And to top it off there is no payment that does not come with a convenience charge. It’s rubbish. I would delete the app but landlords have no other option

Horrible

The app constantly says it requires an update when it doesn’t. Every time I open the app it seems the app thinks it’s my first time using it, prompting me to view how to use features. Recently Home365 changed the way payments are made using “Plaid” a company you have to give your bank login information instead of be the previous method of account/routing number with auto payments no longer an option. Seems to me a why to get late payments out of people accustomed to auto pay.

Nothing but issues

I have had to be reinvited to this app what feels every time I open it! Says I need to upgrade the app yet it says it is up to date. This is about par for the course of my interactions with Home365. I wish my landlord would switch back to his management prior to Home365. I have lived at this condo for over 2 years, 4 months of dealing with this company makes me want to find a new place to live!

Very easy to use and video to share with the pro

This is the future of home maintenance and the video feature so the pro knows what type of repair needs to done, helps save time.

Revolutionary App & System that Saves Property Managers & Real Estate Investors Time & Money

Instead of going through the headache of finding a contractor that can do the repair or maintenance, the tenant uses the app to take a video of the problem. Then they upload it to get approval from the property manager. Once approved, a contractor that can do the job is dispatched and does the work until it is finished. The property manager has a dashboard on the computer that shows an update on each job. The app shows a live status of the contractor and their location. The tenant or property manager can communicate with the contractor via the app. The real estate investors pay a flat, customized monthly fee and don’t have to worry about additional fees when a contractor comes out and does a repair/job.
