The app itself is convenient but it would be good to be able to add comments and to be able to update my contact information myself - I’ve emailed customer support to update my information and this appears to not have been done even though they said it’s been updated. Unable to use loyalty points for purchases either.

Does not send ready notifications
Was forced to download app to use my discount voucher. Ordered, and patiently waited for my order to say it was ready. 15 minutes later, after enquiring about my slow order, was told by staff that there is a bug in the app, if you order soldiers it never tells you when your order is ready. Won’t willingly use it again.

Would give zero stars if I could
Made an order so I could quickly pick it up during my short lunch break. Arrive at the store and staff couldn’t even see my order. Open to app to find the order has been rejected by the system.
Retried to order it and then staff could see I’ve ordered something and charged my card. But they could not see the contents of the order and I had to show them my app and they wrote down my order on a piece of paper. Wasted 20minutes of my 30 min break. Do not download this app. Utterly useless.

Don’t waste your time
Ordered on App with meal, gave option of selecting 2 sides. Selects 2 sides only to be asked at counter to change side to drink. Not my fault your app doesn’t work properly and allows me to select 2 sides. I expect to be given what I ordered. I also waited forever to get my meal and people at counter were getting their meals before me despite me ordering 15 min before them. No discounts either for first time app user. Very disappointed. Will be going to competitor store Saigon here in Ballarat in future.

In store training required
App itself was great to by pass the busy lunch rush, skip the wait and have my order waiting.
Unfortunately only half of the order was fulfilled requiring a return trip to the store to sort it out. Not sure if this was a fault of the app feeding through to the store or an oversight by in store staff.
Would be good to have the ability to add a comment to the order regarding collection (eg order/payment made by me but collected by hubby)
Oh and I am still waiting for my 50% discount for trialling the app.
Otherwise overall a great app.

Waste of time - won’t accept payment
Tried ordering through the app but was pending for a few minutes, asked the girl in store but nothing came through. After 5 min it said payment failed so I tried another card, same process and after waiting again the order was rejected again. I was also trying to redeem a Groupon voucher which can only be redeemed through the app so now that’s gone to waste. Wasted $5 and 30 mins of my lunch break trying to get it to work - went some where else instead.

Quick and easy to order!
First time using the app and first time ordering. Definitely will be ordering again. The app was super easy to use and order was ready on time. Food was so good as well! Thanks for the discount too!
Great for skipping the queue but availability and functionality can be improved
I love using this app to skip the queue and be able to go straight to the counter.
However my closest store on southern cross lane is not available to order from.
You also cannot remove just one item, or edit it and need to clear the whole basket if say you forgot to add a sauce.

App not working - will take your money
This app will take your money but depending on the branch, your order will be rejected or not accepted in-store. Manager will then say, “Don’t worry, it’s pending and will clear out”. The problem is the payment will not clear as you get an invoice and they won’t give you your order as well. That means you will lose money.

Payment issue and processing order issue
1st time and 2nd time of my order: payment was ok, but it took too long for the kitchen to receive my order, pretty disheartening and wasted my time waiting. I just thought it should be something easy for customers who needs to rush. But it isn’t.
Today, my card has enough money to pay my order but it just failed twice. Definitely not card details issue, as I have used them before today. Most ridiculous part is it wasn’t an instant reject, it took like good 5 mins to get back. Waiter came to ask whether it’s been rejected but it wasn’t at the point he asked.
So, this app really needs a pretty fast fix and update to keep users happy?
