    Hey guys if you don’t have money don’t touch this game, because this is stupid game only for crazy money! I don’t recommended this game, u can’t play without your money.

  • Horrible help support

    Any game is supposed to bring pleasure, but not this one. It's made only to take money from you, and even if you pay, you won't enjoy the game anyway. Developers don't care about players at all, although they bring them a lot of money. The development in the game depends on the money invested in it, but in different regions prices vary significantly, this is normal, so it should be, but the problem is that the game is not divided regionally. There were about 300 people from different countries in our state, all of them played at the same level and everyone had fun. But three players came and just in a month destroyed what 300 people were building for 8 months, spending a lot of money and time. These players came from the Asian region, where prices differ significantly, respectively, and the level of their strength differs significantly and nothing can be opposed to them. Game restrictions allow them to do it, and nobody care that’s totally not fair. Players with different prices can’t mix in the same game zone. 100 people from the state have already abandoned the game, thereby losing all the money that was invested. And the rest will quit the game in the near future. A lot of requests were sent to developers, help zero. They just don't care about 300 of their customers who brought them a constant income.

  • Fall from Grace

    I have played this game for 3 years now. When I first started, it was exciting, simple, yet pushed you to learn more and more about the game. To keep the point short…the devs have completely taken the game where literally anyone could play (meaning those free to play players) to fast forward to today where unless you are a super spenders or moderate splender, you literally have no chance to compete in this game. I am a moderate spender. but very frustrated with this game. Now it’s constant crap activities that literally have no connection to the game, constant new skins coming out weekly, no hero’s constantly when I haven’t even completed some hero’s from 2 years ago yet because they have flooded with so many hero’s, it takes months or years to complete hero’s by coins. The devs are greedy and absolutely horrible to deal with. They never resolve any game issues that you discuss with them. Frankly, I am not sure why I’m still playing and I sure as heck would tell the me from 3 years ago to not even download the game. Go spend your time and money on other things besides this game.

  • Good game

    I like this game, I’ve played lots of games with the same concept, and this one definitely stands out. I just have one problem, I can’t play, I got to castle level 8 and the next day when I logged in, something popped up saying “building the farm definitely increased the power of faith.” Or something like that, then one of the hands that tells you what to tap popped up, so I pressed it, then it told me to press “build royal charcoal factory” but you can’t press anything after that, and also you have to pay for it. I tried going out of the game and back in but same thing, I tried to move my screen but nothing happened, I even tried restarting my phone, but same thing. I hope this can be fixed I would really like to keep playing this game.

    Thanks for the help devs, if anyone else gets the problem I mentioned, I deleted the game then downloaded it again.

    After playing the game more, I think they should add irrigation into the game, like in the adds, you can get the water from a water fall, or a bigger pool of water than you get ale from.

  • Watch charges

    At its core, the game is great. Meet people internationally, strategy and team building, growing your kingdom, but like other reviews have said - to really enjoy the game you’ll need money and an alliance. Alliance for faster growth (and protection) but money for better prizes such as boosted skills with Castle skins, legendary heroes and such. Even that, I understand.

    However - I noticed the last three times I purchased something in-game for up to $10, I was actually charged twice. It’s hard to reach someone in-game for help, maybe it will happen with this. This game makes a TON of money with the number of players that are high-ranking so I know they’re paying… but why charge twice? I’m not getting twice the rewards, but my bank is definitely feeling twice the charges. That needs to be fixed asap.

It requires your time and dedication to sign in (likely with 2 factor login) and try and get scammy games like this removed from the App Store 😞

  • ONE STAR UNTIL PROBLEM IS FIXED

    Im giving this game a one star review until my issue is resolved. First of all, there’s literally no way of contacting the developers. No email, no phone number, not even a fax. Nothing. I don’t expect mobile game developers to have an office phone but at least an email for customer service.. that’s basic. The reason why I want to contact the developers is because I spent 2000k Gems to change my name and avatar. When I uploaded my picture it was removed and flagged as either Violent, extremist, something else when the picture is a close up selfie of me in my Army Uniform when I was deployed in Afghanistan. It’s literally a close up selfie of my face, so I want to know what’s so inappropriate about my picture? I want it to be allowed. So developers, give me a contact email and address this issue and I will write a more fair Review please.

  • DONT PLAY! DONT PAY. THEY STEAL MONEY

    I made a purchase and didn’t get access to all the items I purchased. So I applied for a refund which I was given. The refund was applied for 2/3 days after the original purchase. Now I learn the purchase was for stuff that would be given each day but they said they already gave it to me (they haven’t) so what they did is give me a negative balance for my diamonds of -119k diamonds. They claim this is to make up for the loss in the refund. The refund was £22. The value of -119k diamonds is £535!!!! Using diamonds is vital in the game to purchase items and speed up progress. In order for me to be able to play the game I now need to spend £535 to get a 0 diamond balance. So to be clear I got a refund for items that were not given to me for a value of £22 but the game has set me back and effectively asked for £535 as compensation for this?!? Pathetic. To top it all off I tried to log in now and it says my account is banned for “illegal payment cheating serious violation” funny how they accusing me of cheating when they charge for items and don’t give them to you and then give you a negative balance to the value of £535 for an item that cost £22. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME!!! I’m raising it with Apple
