Pretty Solid
Sometimes when I go to turn off/on one switch it will flip the wrong one. I’ve been dragging down on the page to refresh before I toggle; seems to help.
The app and hardware I have show current usage stats and history. That is why I selected the hardware that led me to this app. Do wish I could see more detail, ‘zoom in’ on the time/date, but am overall happy with what I got.

Works great!!
Easy app, works great with Alexa via voice command. Couldn’t be happier, I own like 20 of the plugs
Outlets work great, App could use a few tweaks
I bought the energy monitoring smart outlets to help me see how much energy my appliances were using. The outlets work great for my needs and were easy to set up.
The reason I only rated this a 4 star was because the app in general is decent but there's some things that are missing I think would be nice to have.
1) getting a widget for the app would be nice, and not just one that can turn the outlets on/off but one that you can put the energy output in as well, so you wouldn't have to open the app just to see that.
2) some way to "lock" the power button in the app. The devices I have hooked up to mine are computers and smart devices, which it's not very good for them to be getting flipped on and off, and with the giant power button on the devices in the app, it makes me nervous sometimes navigating the app.
3) this one isn't too bad, it's just something that would be cool/nice to see, is a cost section for the energy. Like being able to put in how much a kWh is and then have a spot for the total, at least for the month, if not the day/week/year.
Those are the main ones that come to mind as far as the app goes. Otherwise the outlets have worked great so far and I'll most likely be getting a few more in the future.

I had a plug-in wifi timer and one day after of about having it all set up with the same things for about 5 years I woke up and one of my circuit breakers was tripped after looking into the problem if found out one of the plugs melted along with my wall outlet both were melted together
The only thing I would recommend if you have one that you use everyday you might considering replacing it

You need to fix the app so it adjusts the on and off schedule for daylight saving time… Would have given you five stars… Other than that you’ve got a great product
Wifi fan switch functionality on app
We cannot find any information on what the app allows me to do when I have the wifi single relay switch attached to my fan. Can I adjust speeds, only turn on the fan or light separately and also control the fan speeds? The app is great for wall switches.

Ok, just wrote a review and then searched by most recent. My review didn’t show up. Guess that means you are vetting bad reviews for TOPGREENER. Would like to tell people that the product was good but unusable due to a crappy app. Guess you want $ from topgreener more than negative input. Will search somewhere else for a better smart switch.

Whole house fan
I have a TOPGREENER switch on an industrial fan in our mountain home. It’s a whole house fan and instead of AC we turn on our fan in the evening.
The fan is located on the opposite end of the house from our bedroom. Temps have been climbing during the days but evenings are always cool.
Over the years I’ve tried several remote switches but they either are not suitable for the power draw or I can only connect one phone app for my on and off in the wee night. TOPGREENER allows both my wife and I to have the ability to control our fan with our own phones.
Big deal- big comfort.

Very impressed
I’m very pleased with the functionality and reliability of this plug. Had it since mid 2020 to track the energy used by my plug in hybrid Prius. I charge the car whenever needed and the unit has consistently provided data and has retained that data since I first purchased it. Kudos to the company.
