I was skeptic that the unit would function as described as I plug in my electric bike battery after use I must say this product is excellent no issues links to my phone simple to use and set duration you want the plug on Definitely a great purchase no issues looks great easy set up 5/5 Highly recommend never a worry I forgot to charge my battery We now have the second plug hooked up for our indoor Christmas tree so simple no need to climb under the tree stays on as long as you set it up to remain on GREAT BUY 👍👍One of the best I have used so far Responsive and simple easy to use

The all is really good. Simple to use, never had problems.
One request though, I hope with a future update I would be able to see house overall consumption and room overall consumption in addition to what we currently see.

This is so simple to set up the instructions are easy to follow had it is very easy to use love it I don’t have any big words. If you looking for product that is easy to use because you want to go to sleep and you don’t want to have to keep turning on and turning off the light it has a dimmer. As I said I love it!

Does not allow logging in
Login button is disabled despite putting in the same credentials that work on their website.
There is a button to log in with Apple, but no way to register using Apple, so it’s useless.

Good device but no app documentation
The device is great but no documentation for using the complex App. Tech support helped but why no documentation?
Cheats on reviews
They ask if you like the app before asking you to leave a star rating / review, so don’t trust the reviews.

Turning devices off should not be on main screen
Love it, but turning off devices should not be an option on main screen(too easy to make a mistake).
