Did not know how the mask worked, saw QR code on package and downloaded the app. The step by step videos helped very much. Thanks a bunch!
app crashes on launch
using most recent version of the app on an iPhone 15 the app crashes on launch and i get stuck in an endless loop work repeated “Whoops, something went wrong” notifications that ask me to try again. i force quit the app, reboot the phone, retry opening the app and i get the same thing over and over.

2.1.1 version not working
Version 2.1.1 loads says that it encountered an error try again so I do same thing on a loop iOS 17.4 iPhone 13 original
Doesn’t work
I also receive a message saying “No masks available” and “Sorry, there are no masks available in your region”.
Not available
All I get from the app is “Sorry there are no masks available in your region.”

This App is Amazing! I have been a respiratory therapist working with PAP devices for fifteen years and I am so excited to see a tool like this to help with patient compliance!
