    I love this app. I had a CPAP in the past and it was quite effective, but this machine along with the app takes it to a whole new level. It’s actually fun to check my daily stats to see objective data that monitors my sleep and monitors my improvement. I love this app. If I could offer one thing for the programmers, it would be add a comment box in the daily stat section for user input. For example, the first day I got my machine, in the afternoon, I performed several “tests” to get me used to how it works and feels. However, those tests were lumped into the night’s data and made it appear to be all over the place. I would have liked to make a note on that day. Another night, I needed to re-adjust my mask straps and interruption showed as “events.” I would have liked to make note that I was adjusting my mask. In another occasion, I had the humidify set too high and sleep was disrupted by condensation in the hose. This would be another opportunity to leave a note on that day. Other than that, this app is awesome!! Thank you.
  • YIKES! No customer service and no communication EXPANDED ON

    I’ve been using this App for years. It just gets worse and worse. When there’s a problem, like unable to get data for days, there’s NO ONE TO CALL AND TALK TO. NO ONE TO REPORT IT TO! No one replies to emails. No one replies to submitted questions. THEY’RE CLEARLY ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL or in this case, just MIA! Additionally they added a tool that is mathematically INCORRECT and completely useless. APNEA is a serious medical problem that these techs could care less about! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Unfortunately you can’t give them “zero” stars or I would have.

    Well I have given this my best shot and I’ve received two emails that were clearly form letters and failed to comprehend that I had relayed to them that I had ALREADY TRIED all of their “suggestions” and put the blame on everything instead of actually troubleshooting. You know…must be your connection (including mansplanning WiFi to me) blah blah blah. NOT ONE ATTEMPT TO SPEAK TO ME! I just received a “nicer” tech/developer? response telling me I could reach out to the first guys so round and round but no accountability. CLEARLY NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE END USERS EXPERIENCE! Thankfully my usage is 100% 30, 90 & 365 days so I’m not in jeopardy of being out of compliance. But I’m only one user! Seriously guys…it’s NOT ME! It’s you!

    Thank you for your thoughtful review and I apologize for the difficulty you've had in reaching our support team. To start, the following steps may help you resolve any connection issues the app may be having with your device. First, uninstall & reinstall the myAir app. Once reinstalled, log into your current myAir account and verify your device is properly registered to your account; the serial numbers should match. Using the app via only a cellular data connection can also help, as some Wi-Fi networks might block certain data requests. It may also help to verify that your phone or mobile device has been updated to the latest version of its Operating System and that the date and time is set correctly. Once you've gone through these steps, if another 24 hours pass from your next sleep session and your data still hasn't displayed in the app, please reach out to us directly via myairsupport@resmed.com for further assistance.
  • Better but…

    I wish I could set a schedule in the app for my typical night, or at least that it waited until the late afternoon before considering my cpap use for the next night. And since I’m supposed to use it whenever I sleep, I wish there was a nap mode I could turn on for the rare occasions I take one. I’m very much a night owl, confirmed by my sleep specialist years ago, before apnea added to my sleep problems. After my initial sleep study and keeping a sleep diary, he told me that my insomnia was due to my denying my natural sleep cycle. So I’ve given in and stay up late most nights. Kids are grown and I’m no longer working so I’m able to do that. I’m usually up by 10 AM or so but my insomnia has been worse since having Covid over a year ago so some mornings I want to sleep in longer so I can get more than 6 hours, especially when that’s not in one stretch. If that ends up being after 11, any use after then shows up on the app as the next night’s sleep. So, unless I write it all down, I don’t know how that next night actually went. Since I’m often not all that alert even at noon, I kind of rely on knowing that info before deciding if I need caffeine or just need to wait to do the tasks that take brain power.
