Thanks for reaching out about your data. This situation can happen whenever there is a delay in data appearance. When you remove your mask to use the washroom or for some other reason, these can be recorded as separate sessions which are also uploaded separately. If the connection is slow or interrupted, one “session” may appear in myAir before the other(s) and so you may see only partial data until the upload is complete. Your full report will show use and therapy data for each 24 hour period. If you don't see your full night of data display in myAir after more than 24 hours, please contact us directly via myairsupport@resmed.com and our technicians would be glad to help you.
