Matchmaking is Broken
This game is a great concept. It’s fun to play, and there are a variety of courses to play on. To be honest I have deleted and reinstalled the game a couple of times. While the basics are great, there are a couple of tragic flaws that should be fixed:
Matchmaking appears to be purely based on trophies, and doesn’t take into account the levels of the players. I am level 9. I am constantly being matched with players who are level 30 and above, with whom I can’t compete with because they have received so many more skill points than me to the point where they generally take two shots to my one, and can almost double the farthest distance I can hit. It’s ridiculous that a low-level player like me should be routinely matched against these players just because my trophy count is a little high.
The Other problem I have is the courses. I have unlocked 9 diferent courses (as I am level 9), but routinely get the same 3 or 4. I want to be able to play the course I unlocked at level 9, but after playing almost 30 matches I have only gotten to play on it once. This is ridiculous. Why have so many courses if you aren’t going to allow players to select which one they want to play on? Why unlock a different course at every level, when I won’t ever get to see it?
These two things get fixed, and I would play this game for life, but those two flaws in the game are overwhelming.Show lessRedruss91
Has more potential
I think the game is fantastic and very addictive however there are a few things that really do put me off, like pairing players up who are drastically different levels to you so you can’t really compete. In these cases where others have so many more improvements on their golfer, it’s very unfair on lower levels and puts them at a disadvantage, and only benefits those who are obviously already very good at the game
I also think this game times out a lot and I don’t like that you still face a penalty if you lose connection as that’s not you’re fault, especially when you have been doing well in a match and then all the progress is lost and you end up losing trophies.Show lesscococanrice1211
Addicting game, minor issue
Love the game and give it 5 stars because ever since I downloaded it about 6-7 months ago it’s been my go-to game every time I want to burn time.
MINOR ISSUE:
PLEASE make it so that once you unlock a certain level you will unlock that level’s characters and cosmetics, but you would still have to spend buckz in order to have it at your disposal. Even if you increased the cost of Epic costumes it’d still be worth it to know I’m capable of buying the costume I WANT! I’d pay a good $1-$5 of real money to buy the costume I want.
FOR EXAMPLE:
Level 9 is the grenade level with all the barbed wire and stuff. The sniper and grenadier costumes/ cosmetics are all epic items for that level. Despite me creating a second account about 1-2 months ago and not upgrading anything so I can stay on level 9 in order to hopefully get a card pack containing my epic level 9 costumes, I still haven’t had any luck!!! I will buy every level 9 costume/ cosmetic right now if I could!! I’ve purchased the level 9 packs even and still didn’t have any luck!! It’s a huge disappointment and I’m done putting money into it. It’s come to the point where I’m wanting to give up. If I had the costume/ cosmetics I want I wouldn’t feel nagged to play. I’d be playing solely because I genuinely love the gameplay. Contact and power ups
I understand why they are a part of the game but it gets annoying having that one guy purposely messing you up losing the game and spamming the laugh emote which btw is highly annoying and there’s no way to mute them unless you mute sound effects along with the people who purposely drop trophies to verse lower level people say a level 25 vs level 8 that’s totally fair. Also the portal map you get the chance to be stuck in an infinite loop so you can’t play lost way to many times due to it. Now I realise why I uninstalled this game at first is because everyone are just c***s spamming the laugh emote cuz they are a higher level and everyone just using the fireball to win the hole and knock others off causing them to lose so you know HOW TF HOW YOU SUPPOSED TO WINShow lessRymus96
Poor servers
This game has the potential to be one of my favourite mobile games. It’s fast paced, competitive, quirky and rewarding. However, the servers and my connection to matches is absolute pants. I don’t think I’ve had a day where I don’t have any connection issues, and it always seems to be when I’m one or two strokes from the hole, subsequently leading to my loss of the entire game and hard earned trophies as other ‘players’ are somehow allowed to continue play while I watch a load screen. This isn’t a connection issue my end as my Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity is sound (I’ve tried to play on both to no avail). These sporadic connection issues need to be addressed and fixed as it’s incredibly frustrating and utterly unfair.Show lessBenjinaUK
Really good, addicting game
Downloaded this game in the first week it came out and had it just under a year and it’s really fun! Not like one of the games where you play it for a few days or even a week and delete it afterwards. Definitely worth a download and is a bit of a grind towards the higher levels.

One of my all time favorites.
I’ve had Golf Blitz for a while now so I figured I wrote a review. I see a lot of people complaining about things that don’t make any sense, like ball contact or trophies. Trust me when I say this game is amazing, and those things just add to the competitive nature. And the trophy thing is, to me, completely fair and it balances itself out. Anyway, I have been playing this game for a very long time now, months, and I never play games for that long. Definitely give this a game a try, you will not regret it. The replayability (if that’s even a word) makes it constantly fun, with new content being added all the time. 10/10 in my book!
ONE thing that I really wish they would add is a new mode, but a more permanent one. I enjoy the weekly challenges, but I really think this game could use a new mode like 2v2 or some team/clan based objective mode. That would really change things up and make it more interesting. Great idea, unequal matchmaking
The game itself is amazing, super stickman has always been so fun. But the fact I’m level 5 matching against level 12-18s because we have the same trophies is so dumb. Because there such a greater level they have such better power ups meaning I don’t stand a chance. (There ball travels faster, they can take there shots before I can). I have to wait around 6 seconds before I can take my next shot ‘cool down’ they can take there’s after 1 second. How is that fairShow lessdhsknrurkheis
Lovin it
I am loving this game even know I just started it is so easy and fun. A tip I think I should give you is giving a player a badge that floats above their heads which shows what level they are at and they are unlock able by experience just to make people know what they are against. Also I think at the end of the match you should be able to see people’s profiles to know how many matches they had played and be able to send them a tip but if it is rude the player should be able to report them.
