App no longer loads
After the most recent upgrade the app loads a blank blue/gray screen and just hangs. I’ve removed the app and reinstalled and restarted my iPhone with no success.youngdh
Can’t add tickets
I had submitted 5 issues through the web app which is also hard to use because it doesn’t show right on phone. None of the previous submissions are showing up. And finally I can’t submit a ticket via the app.Djammain00
Can’t add notes to the tickets
The button at the bottom of the screen overlaps the notes input. Please fix itbyju shanmukhan

Hasn’t worked for 6 months, since the COVID started, and it is harder to contact the warranty Dept. App won’t let me select anything, it has been updated, but to no avail.delray /boca
