App no longer loads
After the most recent upgrade the app loads a blank blue/gray screen and just hangs. I’ve removed the app and reinstalled and restarted my iPhone with no success.
Can’t add tickets
I had submitted 5 issues through the web app which is also hard to use because it doesn’t show right on phone. None of the previous submissions are showing up. And finally I can’t submit a ticket via the app.
Can’t add notes to the tickets
The button at the bottom of the screen overlaps the notes input. Please fix it
App doesn’t work!
App does not open at all when I enter user name and password. Total failure

Hasn’t worked for 6 months, since the COVID started, and it is harder to contact the warranty Dept. App won’t let me select anything, it has been updated, but to no avail.
