  • Having issue with QR code scanner

App recently started freezing when pressing QR code camera scan button within app. Have to force close and reopen and works again.
  • Was great, now garbage

This app used to be great. I would get reliable alerts, quickly approve or decline, and response times were excellent. Now the app logs me out several times per day with no warning. I usually find out when I get a prompt for approval and have to log back in. If I’m not quick enough, the request times out. So annoying and it affects all the techs in our group. I don’t know what changed but they need to fix it ASAP. App is trash now.

  • Works well enough

Notifications don’t always work. It would be great if it had an undo button or a way to delete a rule after it’s been created.
