Syncro is your all-in-one platform for managing your managed services or similar business. Our (Lite) app enables you to work on tickets and invoices and more from the field. Quickly look up any of your open invoices, select a payment method, and take payment. You can use this as a field technician now too - one-tap "check-in" and "check-out" of a field job, upload attachments, and track time spent on tasks with ease. This app is free to use for all Syncro users.

I can’t even create a new ticket in the app without issues. Was the app even tested after dev??

App used to keep me signed in, and I could answer chats. Now signed out every single day. Not sure why the devs can’t fix this junk.

Broken
App needs actual development resources put towards it. It’s missing a lot of features and sometimes breaks to the point requiring an uninstall/reinstall. Last update being 4 months prior to this review shows how much they care about it.
