Scam you with cancellation fees
I booked a ride to ‘go now’ it gave a me a driver that was 20 minutes away. I obviously cancelled as 20 minutes in the future is obviously not ‘now’. They charged me 100INR. When I called customer service they just basically told me it’s my fault. Avoid and just find a local guy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
UK traveller with debit card
Works well for prebooking taxis. In north Goa at least we had no luck using the “Book now” option.
Also it wasn’t possible to save debit card details, even when we checked that option. Entering those card details each time was a bit of a faff. Maybe this is only an issue for tourists without all the other UPI pay options etc.

Useless app
No driver shows up when you try to book the ride. Pretty useless
not transparent
good app but i booked a ride with them on 17th and my bill was 1187,but i paid 275 by app and 1000rs to the driver dont know how that works.And the app didnt process my location correctly too hope they can fix it otherwise its just same as others
Hit & Miss
Getting a taxi from the airport was fine, however getting a taxi from our hotel to another location was not. The taxi refused to come even though he had accepted the ride and would not cancel it. I had to cancel meaning a cancellation charge.

Advance book works great
Booking in advance secures a cab easily and their call center usually calls in advance to get additional information.
Terrible app and poor customer service
Awful app, location jumps and is inaccurate when you book travels and then charges you to cancel. You can not call on WhatsApp so if you are from overseas will be charged to call driver when they don’t turn up (because they won’t). Drivers never arrive on time and when you try to claim compensation the customer service say they allow extra time (20 minutes after prebook time to airport is acceptable apparently). We were sent the smallest ‘micro sedan’ for an airport drop off and none of our luggage fit, again refused compensation. We tried to contact customer service almost an hour before the trip to request a bigger car but the customer service kept hanging up on me.
All round shoddy app with shoddy drivers and shoddy customer service. It’s a shame Uber doesn’t work in Goa - much safer and much more tailored to help the users!!!

Location inaccuracy
The Airbnb we stayed does not pick up on the app whilst it shows on Google.
