  • Fantastic workouts!

    So glad I found Kira Stokes Fit, through Candace Cameron Bure. I have worked out since I was a teenager and no trainer or workout has challenged me like Kira. I leave sweaty, shakey and stoked after each one. I really love the variety in workouts, from strength to cardio blasts, fine tuning, an and core workouts. I really appreciate how Kira has me finish off my muscles with fine tuning. My glutes have never felt or looked so good. Having strong glutes and legs has definitely helped my cycling and running. My son also commented on how strong my arms are and the definition in my triceps. Also, I love the step workouts. Takes me back to my young adults years and makes me sweat. I’m always smiling through those.

  • Life changing

    Thank you Kira. I’ve never left a review for an app before but I feel compelled to try to find a way to support you as a small way to show my gratitude for how you have changed my life better. “It’s not hard because you’re weak, it’s hard because you’re getting stronger” this mindset has helped me in fitness but also in life. Thank you!

  • A wee bit tough, a whole lot of terrific!

  • Overpriced chiselling and annoying 75 percent of the time

    The exercises are good torture but often boring . The music is awful and Kira is shrill . Her focus is on the bottom line —not yours—which is why you can’t save any of the I billion exercises on the website not even after 2 orb 3 years of loyalty to this subscription that is both too expensive and too unwieldy. The fact that Kira operates from another place in the universe -unaware of our mounting consumer expenses is unethical. The classes or tutorials are laced with her ego. I have never felt anything but ….ennuie … from her despite the hectoring.
    She’s inauthentic — NOT generous (greedy ) and I bet votes for Trump .

  • Love But Wish for More Back to Basics

    I really like Kira as a trainer and her approach to teaching fitness. I’m not a fan of always having to buy new equipment in order to participate in her latest videos however. I don’t have a step platform and I’m not planning on buying one or the sandbag, so I’m redoing a lot of older videos. We should see fresh content that uses the basics - dumbbells and a mat. I’d also really really love more use of kettlebells!

  • Absolutely love it

    The best workout program I’ve purchased! From specific to compound to plyo, everything is targeted. Excellent instruction cues without continuous screen viewing makes for nonstop flow of each movement. Challenging at any level of fitness with opportunity for non stop growth.
  • Life changing

    I’ve loved working out my entire life but saw REAL change in my strength once working out with Kira. Initially I followed her on IG and literally wrote down her videos and stories so I could implement her style in my fitness routine. I was HOOKED. This app has been the gift that keeps on giving. The workouts are hard but doable. In the moments you want to rest or give up she’ll say something like “change is happening!”. I’ve worked out with this app through the pregnancies and post partum (once safe) for 4 out of my 7 pregnancies. While Kira doesn’t advertise as a pre or post partum resource, I’ve been so thankful to have my abdominal wall come back together and be stronger than ever each time. I highly recommend!! Kira helps us all to become athletes on our own terms in the comfort of our own homes.

    I love the 5-6 minute workouts that are usually low impact. I have autoimmune issues and rarely find a workout that I can do that doesn’t make me feel discouraged or injured. Would love more of those workouts!

    Instead of regurgitating content, put out new content more often!
