I have been following Katie for several years, and she has been my rock throughout my fitness journey. Katie is the real deal, she knows what she’s doing and she’s grounded in science and the latest research. Most importantly she is certified, many fitness influencers are not.

I stepped away from LSF 2 years ago after enduring a traumatic event that happened on the same day her son was born and could not get myself to engage with anything lsf for awhile. (Trauma and grief show up in weird ways). I look back at pictures when I was following the app and meal plans, and my skin was glowing and I was in amazing shape, feeling good and positive. I’m finally getting the strength back to get there again

As far as the app, I do love it but wish there was a way to make the videos bigger on my iPad or laptop, it’s hard to see Katie on the screen. Maybe this is something they are working on, if so, that’d be great!

The workouts are very effective. I also wish there were more modifications offered for those of us with physical limitations, I often have to try to guess and go with I think is modified. 😬 please keep adding more videos, I get bored easily, but I can see Katie has been working hard to add more videos recently.

Hi! Thanks so much for being a part of LSF for 2 years, that is amazing that you've gotten great results from the programs! Sorry to hear you are struggling with those inflammation issues, I can imagine that is a huge challenge. But, you are still showing up for yourself! The Daily 10 does get marked off in your journal log when you complete it, but you would need to do the log itself to see this (if you are, you'll see it there). The app only has a suggestion of 6 days of workouts, but it's entirely up to you how many you do in a week. You can always use the "Skip week" feature to move to the next. There are over 500+ days of totally new and fresh workouts in the app :) I'd be happy to help sort out any bugs you are experiencing if you can send me an email to support@lovesweatfitness.com and mention your review! I love this app so much, but even more than the app is the community behind it. Download the app, join the Instagram and Facebook groups, see what a supportive team there is behind this app. I joined the Summer Shape Up challenge, and so far in 4 weeks, I’ve lost 8 pounds! The workouts on the app are easy to follow along with. There’s videos for cardio days, stretches, warm ups. There’s gifs showing moves that you can follow along with. There’s challenges going on all the time that you can join. You can change your fitness level in the app so the moves and videos that show on your main page are more tailored towards right where you are on your fitness journey! Personally, I love the “daily motivation” …. It’s something so small, but just a new quote every day to give you a little dose of motivation. So fun! I’m really glad I decided to join this app!

The MOVE App is amazing! I will forever be a supporter! There are so many challenging and motivating workouts in the app. Katie from Love Sweat Fitness is so encouraging and always pushes us to be our best. She is so passionate about what she does and is truly fulfilling her God-given purpose. This business isn’t just a side gig, this is what she does and she does it well. My body feels so strong when I complete these workouts. Whether you like a high-intensity workout or some low-intensity stretching, this app has it ALL! But, I also love it because it is so much more than just workout videos! There are fun ways to track your progress, cute frames for your sweaty selfies, encouragement, playlists for your workouts, and so much more! It is so easy to follow along. I highly recommend it!
