  • The update is ok

    Ok, couple of things. I’ve been a part of LSF for 2 years now. The workouts and meal plans have given me great results, however this might not be the best for someone who’s unable to workout 6 days a week. The app update is ok- lots of
    Glitches and loads slow. The water intake tracker is confusing. Daily 10 is not listed as completed when you do it, which can feel defeating on days when that’s all you can do due to time or how you’re feeling.

    Personally, my frustration with everything comes from struggling with my own chronic inflammation issues, making it very difficult to work out as much as suggested. I’m also bored because new workouts are rarely added. When the expectation to workout 6 days a week is unattainable, then the program, again, feels defeating. I’m not sure if I’ll pay for the subscription again. Just some things to consider with this app.

    Hi! Thanks so much for being a part of LSF for 2 years, that is amazing that you've gotten great results from the programs! Sorry to hear you are struggling with those inflammation issues, I can imagine that is a huge challenge. But, you are still showing up for yourself! The Daily 10 does get marked off in your journal log when you complete it, but you would need to do the log itself to see this (if you are, you'll see it there). The app only has a suggestion of 6 days of workouts, but it's entirely up to you how many you do in a week. You can always use the "Skip week" feature to move to the next.   • Suggestions

    Love the app and workouts but it would be really great if you could go back and select a date and log your workout. I have noticed if you forget to log it then the app just treats it like you didn’t workout and there’s no way to fix that so it really messes with streaks. It’s frustrating when I’m trying to stay on track and complete goals while keeping up with how long I’ve been doing it. I forgot to log my cardio sweat sesh yesterday (bc usually dripping sweat and just lay down) and I go to do my workout today and there’s no way to log my cardio yesterday. This is like the 3rd time it’s happened bc I’m forgetful so it’s just becoming frustrating! I work hard to get those streaks and I like seeing the numbers as I’m a visual person. It would be so helpful to see this fixed!!
  • Suits my goals!

    I used this app when it first came out and chose not to continue with it in favor of another workout app. Now, I am back at it. My goal is to work out 3-4x/week and I like the videos on the app. It’s easy enough to skip days or log your own workout. It’s not the most technologically advanced app and still has glitches (water tracking is not really all that helpful, some little bugs here and there, etc.) but it’s a great price for what you get and the workouts really are under 40 min which fits into my lifestyle. App development is tough and I suspect they’ll continue to improve the app as they go along. I’m satisfied with my three month plan and my current use of the app. Definitely use the free trial before purchasing to see if it’s for you.
