I stepped away from LSF 2 years ago after enduring a traumatic event that happened on the same day her son was born and could not get myself to engage with anything lsf for awhile. (Trauma and grief show up in weird ways). I look back at pictures when I was following the app and meal plans, and my skin was glowing and I was in amazing shape, feeling good and positive. I’m finally getting the strength back to get there again
As far as the app, I do love it but wish there was a way to make the videos bigger on my iPad or laptop, it’s hard to see Katie on the screen. Maybe this is something they are working on, if so, that’d be great!
The workouts are very effective. I also wish there were more modifications offered for those of us with physical limitations, I often have to try to guess and go with I think is modified. 😬 please keep adding more videos, I get bored easily, but I can see Katie has been working hard to add more videos recently.

Hi! Thanks so much for being a part of LSF for 2 years, that is amazing that you've gotten great results from the programs! Sorry to hear you are struggling with those inflammation issues, I can imagine that is a huge challenge. But, you are still showing up for yourself! The Daily 10 does get marked off in your journal log when you complete it, but you would need to do the log itself to see this (if you are, you'll see it there). The app only has a suggestion of 6 days of workouts, but it's entirely up to you how many you do in a week. You can always use the "Skip week" feature to move to the next. There are over 500+ days of totally new and fresh workouts in the app :) I'd be happy to help sort out any bugs you are experiencing if you can send me an email to support@lovesweatfitness.com and mention your review!
