It took me time at the beginning to learn how to use it. Even though I follow all the structures, I could not make it work. So I called customer service and a really nice lady explained to me that I have to have my eyes look direct to him the lens camera in order to work. So I follow her instructions and now it works perfectly. Just make sure you’re looking direct to the camera lens, and not looking down or sideways👀😁

Does Not Work
I used it exactly as instructed, face perfectly within oval, eyes on horizontal line, selfie mode. I held it there until my arm grew tired. Nothing. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. I do not understand the positive reviews.
How & Why
I absolutely love this! I love that it explains the how and why if aging signs. Can we get the results to share to our consultant, not just the recommended products?
