Hello! Unfortunately, the front facing camera is not high enough quality to capture an accurate scan.

Hi Melisa! Make sure you visit Mary Kay InTouch for best practices and tips to get the quickest and best scan results. To help avoid having to take the picture again, try holding your scanning device still for just a few seconds more. Changes in movement and lighting can affect getting a good scan.
