  • Doesn’t track by week/Can’t delete account

    I downloaded this app because it was recommended by the American Pregnancy Association. They app doesn’t have an interface that automatically falls on the week of your pregnancy and when trying to view the week, you have frequent pop up videos. Also, there is no way to delete your account. I attempted to contact them via the email address provided in their legal information section to have my account permanently deleted and I received an undeliverable message. I am very disappointed with this app, especially for providing an incorrect email address, and with the American Pregnancy Association for recommending something that isn’t useful as other similar apps. It shouldn’t be this hard to have my account permanently deleted.

    We are extremely sorry about the issue. We are a HIPAA compliant app and follow all regulatory and compliance standards. We were triaging to understand why the email was bouncing. That is when we realized that the website had a typo in the email and it was ComplianceAndPrivacy@Fetallfe and was missing a 'i' in the spelling of FetalLife.com. The correct email is ComplianceAndPrivacy@FetalLife.com. We now have the website fixed and resolved the typo of the email. Sorry again.   • Started off a great app

    It’s been shutting down for over a week now, even after the latest update. I may have to look for another app to monitor my progress for the remainder of my pregnancy.

    We are so sorry that you had this problem. Please remove the app and download again. None of your data will be lost and you should be able to use it as usual.

    I downloaded this app to keep track of my kicks and everything else about my pregnancy, well ..... you can’t read anything on the forums or what you type this app is no good I’ll be deleting this and just keep looking on google for more tips on the rest of my pregnancy. THUMBS DOWN. 👎

    Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. With iOS 13, there is a new concept of Dark display mode. This issue is happening because you have your phone on dark display mode which causes text in black on Fetal Life app to not show up. All your information will show up if you change from dark display mode to light display mode. You can do so by going to Settings -> Display and Brightness -> selecting Light (display). Sorry for the inconvenience and please let me know if the settings fixes the issue. We’re coming up with a release in next couple of weeks to handle the dark display mode issue. Currently it is being tested and we will release it soon. In the meantime the display setting will take care of the issue.
  • Helpful App

    App helps me to keep track of my blood sugars as well as weight and ensure I am following what I need. In addition, I like that I can save my sugars as a pdf. When you contact them, they are very quick with a response and very helpful!

    I love everything about it. When I did have a crashing issue, developer was on it & got it cleared up right away.

  • App shuts before even opening

    I gave it a full day, the only reason I had the app was to track my blood sugar because I have gestational diabetes. Still not working, deleting this crap.

    I was having issues with this app after an update so I emailed the team. They were prompt and incredibly attentive. I felt like I kept pestering them, but they always continued to assist me until the issue was resolved. This app is great and the service department is beyond helpful!

  • App shuts down

    This app has been great but it has been shutting down whenever I try to open it. I think it has something to do with the most recent update.

    We're sorry that your experience with Pregnancy BOT (Ask a question) feature was not good. Basically, Pregnancy BOT uses Artificial Intelligence algorithm to give you information based on the question asked. It searches reputed sites like American Pregnancy, WebMD, etc to share information results. We have corrected some of the text / Natural Language Processing. We continuously keep training our BOT.
