The error occurs because the city actively uses GPS satellites. We try to stabilize the work in such conditions, but not everything depends on us. Have you tried restarting the app? We have developed support, and your case looks like a bug. Have you tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and changing the network type? This helps. If nothing changes, write us your email or account number to feedback@whoosh.bike, attaching a screenshot of the error, phone model, iOS version and application version. Worst scooter app in the world?
1. Payments take at least 24 hours to process. This issue has been in reviews for over a year and still no solution. If they can’t figure out how to adjudicate payments, then maybe pass the duty to a 3rd party that can like Square?
2. Scooters will turn off or slow down when outside of a slow zone. It seems there is a GPS tracking issue where the scooter can’t figure out where it is located?
3. Sometimes I have to try several times to end a ride, close and re-open app. If I have an issue with the scooter I am currently using and want to switch scooters, then no luck because the payment will not process, forcing me to wait 24 hours for another rental. This has left me stranded several times where I need to use Uber. Very expensive!

We never leave mistakes and defects without attention, but it always takes time to solve them. Below we will answer the same point by point, so as not to miss anything. 1 Payments. We are working on this situation. 2. Speed after leaving the zone. It really can be related to GPS. In such situations, we recommend trying to restart the app, turn aviremode on and off, and it's worth switching the speed through the app. If it doesn't help - you are welcome to deal with it in chat. 3. Impossible to sign up with UK number
So I can’t really say how your scooter service works as I was left out by your signing up process. Please fix it :-)
