Can’t even register for an account with a uk number in Rio

хуй пойми из за чего удалили аккаунт с оплаченными минутам на счету. в добавок тех поддержка не отвечает не на письма , не на звонки !! рот ваш ебал.

Absolute garbage

I am staying in Rio for a month and wanted an easy and convenient way to get around the city. The app has refused to accept every payment I have attempted to use, citing a different reason each time I try to pay. Looks like I will be taking money elsewhere to rideshare apps

No customer support

Scooters GPS location are unreliable at times and suddenly stop working. No customer support to help. Terrible agents.

The error occurs because the city actively uses GPS satellites. We try to stabilize the work in such conditions, but not everything depends on us. Have you tried restarting the app? No customer service

The contact us button simply doesn’t work. In multiple situations where I got charged more or the scooter simply stopped working, there’s no way to raise a request. Basically no customer service.

We have developed support, and your case looks like a bug. Have you tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache and changing the network type? This helps. If nothing changes, write us your email or account number to feedback@whoosh.bike, attaching a screenshot of the error, phone model, iOS version and application version. We'll figure it out and recalculate the minutes

Worst scooter app in the world?

Whoosh has so many competitors globally, but there are no alternatives in Brazil? There should be more entrants to this market, because their app is at least 10 years behind other scooters like Bird, Lime, and Spin.

1. Payments take at least 24 hours to process. This issue has been in reviews for over a year and still no solution. If they can’t figure out how to adjudicate payments, then maybe pass the duty to a 3rd party that can like Square?

2. Scooters will turn off or slow down when outside of a slow zone. It seems there is a GPS tracking issue where the scooter can’t figure out where it is located?

3. Sometimes I have to try several times to end a ride, close and re-open app. If I have an issue with the scooter I am currently using and want to switch scooters, then no luck because the payment will not process, forcing me to wait 24 hours for another rental. This has left me stranded several times where I need to use Uber. Very expensive!

I apologize if I've upset you in any way. Scooters are fast and comfortable transportation that should not cause discomfort. We never leave mistakes and defects without attention, but it always takes time to solve them. Below we will answer the same point by point, so as not to miss anything. 1 Payments. We are working on this situation. 2. Speed after leaving the zone. It really can be related to GPS. In such situations, we recommend trying to restart the app, turn aviremode on and off, and it's worth switching the speed through the app. If it doesn't help - you are welcome to deal with it in chat. 3. You should also write to us immediately about problems - this way we will solve the problem in a moment so that we don't waste your time. Unfunctional

Payment doesnt work. Requires a 72 hour cooldown between using the service. Terrible

This occurs infrequently when the number of requests for debt repayment attempts is exceeded. You can try linking another card here. If you email feedback@whoosh.bike, we can check the problem in more detail. Maybe there is something different there

Impossible to sign up with UK number

A man in the hotel said he’d tried to sign up so to use the scooter and it did not work. Nevertheless, one day later we tried and we had the same result. Once I input my phone number with country code, nothing happened. No code was sent. I tried twice.
So I can’t really say how your scooter service works as I was left out by your signing up process. Please fix it :-)

If the number is not local, then the code is unlikely to come. Try logging in via email or Apple ID. If it doesn't help, send a screenshot of your review to feedback@whoosh.bike

Очень мало самокатов

Очень мало самокатов, практически нет. Когда только начинал пользоваться, их было пруд пруди, а сейчас и тариф повысили, состояние транспорта и их количество оставляет желать лучшего.

Со временем все меняется, и мы — не исключение. Горим сервисом и стараемся делать только лучше и удобнее. Цены выросли, ведь поддерживать качество и развиваться — стоит денег. Для выгодных поездок попробуйте подписку, пакет минут или программу лояльности. Не забываем о предложениях, которые позволяют экономить. За флотом следим и вовремя чиним. Расскажите на feedback@whoosh.bike, в каких поездках заметили неисправности, и в каком районе недостаточно вушбайков, приложив скрин отзыва и данные аккаунта. Разберемся
