I’m so bullish on STMX their app has real world use and is a fully functional rewards platform. The ico price was over 10 cents with no working product so to be able to jump in years later at 10% is a great opportunity that is currently being slept on. Ad tracking inop
Got all set up transferred my storm tokens and tried to take a survey and shop. Both times it said it needed Ad Tracking Permissions. Went to my settings and turned on ad tracking and the app wasn’t listed. Left that on and tried again. Same message. Looked at the app settings and they were in line. Opened a ticket. Haven’t heard anything yet. Bought stmx coin and walleted it. Went back. No balance update but the membership bar showed the coins were in my wallet. Restarted my iPhone. Went back. Tried to take a survey and buy from walmart as I had to go anyway. Same message said it needed ad tracking. Hit OK nothing happens.
Still waiting on a response from CS.

This app is great ! Imagine shopping and getting stock that has potential to increase in value back. That’s what this is. The app is pretty easy to use and they’re only going to make it even more user friendly. They have great retailers and I can’t wait till they have a desktop version.Gtv710

Great idea, but i’ve been banned for “suspicious activity” so can’t take part in any surveys now and have no activation email to change this.bcliff101

Best Customer Care Experience I’ve Ever Had
I recently ran into an issue with staking my STMX u its, and of course due to an issue (I) caused!
This issue put me into a state of great concern/worry that I lost my STMX to the abyss forever :(
After being connected with STMX’s Head of Customer Care - I received the best customer support experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they spend MULTIPLE days root causing and keeping in close touch on my issue, but they truly cared about my expressed concerns and ensured I was comfortable through the whole process.
I’m incredibly excited to be part of the STMX Journey ahead. Now in addition to an excellent platform, business model, and team - I can say their Customer Care might be the best of all!
