No login with a password
This app does not have a login and password. I’m not sure if that is safe to protect anyone from getting into your iPhone through the app and accessing your internet and viewing your cameras. It should be more secure when coming from the App Store. Other than that the app works very well compared to other comparable apps. However we use many apps and this is the only that you do not have have an account with a login.Show lessjs5itunes
Actually the preferred app
I’ve been using this app with an Anran cam for years. Works better than their software VU know this now since I just purchased a second cam which for some reason was being stubborn to work with this app, so I’m using their app for now.
Once I can get the proper UID off the new cam, I will easily be able to add it to this app.Show lessOwen Mooree
Useless! Never again!
I have been using this app and its predecessor, Camhi for a few nearly 5 years now and can tell you that functionality is much worse than in the past, though it has never been great. Scrubbing video is nearly impossible without saving it to your device first which makes it useless to most users who bought the cameras for actual security. That is to say nothing of its poor performance in loading and connecting to your cameras. Often the app will freeze, throw a network error and crash, or just crash immediately. Please note that I am using an iPhone 14 and these anomalies have been pervasive the whole time I have been using this app. I will be replacing these cameras and thankfully the app, and will be more cognizant of where both devices and apps originate.Show lesspudgypandabear
Not the best
We liked this once we figured out how to connect it up (needed an extension cord) and connect our phones. But about a year later with the update the camera does not track well anymore. It doesn’t follow people/movement like it used to. That was one of the main reasons why we bought it. It’s almost like it just stops and fixates on a person and stays there even if they move out of that zone.
Also, the sensitivity is too high even though I’ve turned it down twice. We get a ‘Human Alert’ when birds fly by or the leaves rustle. Still hasn’t changed after two updates to the sensitivity.
We’re about ready to purchase a better camera unless we hear from you on how to fix these issues.

Frustrating
This app isn’t user friendly,takes hours to learn how to use it. Owned for about 2 weeks and find myself spending hours a day to figure out how to capture video feed from yesterday and record it to send to someone,still can’t get the footage I need. I have actually log on to my device to show any footage in person to be shown to a third party. Very complicated app, call and transfer took time and research online to figure it out, the camera is good but this app is trash.Show lessTantilus684

*UPDATE* I have been unable to use my camera since may! I have patiently waited for a fix, but none seems to be coming. I am really cheesed that I have to now replace this camera because it was fantastic when it was working. What an absolute shame!

Well there seems to have been some update two weeks ago that has messed up the whole system. I have used this camera with no issues for a long time, had to do a factory reset because of internet stuff. When I do the set up process, it tells me the default password they give you to connect to the cam is wrong. Nothing but nothing can be done to get around this, so now I have to sit on my hands until an update comes or another two weeks goes by and I just buy another camera.Show lessMan-o-mans

This application has worked perfectly and has not given me a single problem since I installed my first IP outside camera. Always controls my cameras perfectly and has many setting options. Don’t understand why this App has low ratings. I have added more cameras and synced to this app. No issues!ReIntegration

I use it for the 5x zoom Wi-Fi camera. App is reliable. Issues seem to get resolved quickly if there are any. The camera and software are faster and more reliable than the other name brand Wi-Fi cameras I have.Adamjaeger
How to change password if forgot?
I am not sure what happened but the app removed my camera and when I added the camera back it keeps saying wrong password. I have enter all I know but keeps saying wrong password.
