Needs fixes
Picture quality is good. It doesn't let you view previous days recordings. The app exits the video on its own. Sometimes it closes itself. Seems buggy or like it has spyware in it. The time resets to Hong Kong periodically. When making the picture full screen, it elongates which distorts the picture.Show lesswhydoesntthisworkalready
Too many problems
Refuses to keep time set to my time zone. Every time I switch to another app and then return it defaults to Hong King time zone. This is significant as image time stamps do not reflect correct time. Number of pictures will not stay set to 3, returns to 1 whenever I leave app and return. Image sensitivity adjustment apparently doesn’t work as I receive alerts even when the camera is in an empty room.Show lessBetterSkier
Doesn’t work
The camera is great but the app isn’t. It won’t connect at all so I can’t control the camera or check what has happened. And before the app stopped working it wouldn’t keep time at all. I would set it and then it would change back. Please fix because I really need access to this camera.Crystal Hooten
Newest version is not good
I have three cameras on the network, all are connected through Wi-Fi. The two that are the closest to the router constantly get dropped. Network anomaly. Over and over and over. The one that’s the furthest away, never has any problems like that. The problem is only gotten worse with the newest updated version of this app. Please fix!Show lessCopper Genius
Needs work
For an iPad it’s fine however on my iPhone XR most menus are jumbled up very hard to read especially when selecting a WiFi network when there are many nearbynowhereman1972
Security camera for the moment
Video quality is great. That’s where to good feature ends. The motion sensing has to be turned off during rain or storm or it scans Constantly and never stops. The other issue I have is the alarm recordings and the constant recording. There is no option to view the previous day alarm recording, only the present day. I’ve got 4 cameras they are the best cameras I’ve had and I’ve had a few from different companies. The spot lights speakers,motion, Recording and pretty much everything is great about the CAMERAS!!.
Now!! THE -APP. The Only thing I would say negative is it keeps kicking my camera viewer out and I have to keep reactivate the view every so often through out the day. It will also get kicked out if I try to view the cameras on two different devices at the same time. If that were to be fixed these cameras and app would be number 1 in securityShow lessapache garza
Push notification fail ios
I use an Ipcam and since I've used this app push notifications fail to turn on. I cant have app open 24/7 please fix as it is very inconvenient.SamyHtx91

Great for what I need
I got this app to remote view and control a Jidetech Dome PTZ cam. It does everything I need it to do.
Now, if I could just get a version of this to run on my Raspberry Pi and 7 inch touchscreen I would be thrilled.Hu Ar Yu
