AP upgrade
I’ve had these cameras for a couple of years and I love them. I use them multiple times a day. HOWEVER, today when I tried to access the ap says I have no cameras loaded. I’ve reloaded them 5 times today and 10 mins later they are gone.
I deleted the ap and reinstalled but still same issue. I saw there was an upgrade yesterday but it is not working with my iPhone 16.4.1 IOS.

Where did my cameras go?
I woke up this morning to an alarm trigger, which it probably was just the way the sun was coming up and set off the camera which happens before went to click on the camera and the app shows nothing but a screen that says add camera all six of my cameras were gone I don’t know where they are. I reinstalled them I go away from the app and come back back to the same screen. All the cameras are gone deleted the app reinstall the app same thing happen. Any clues anybody I’d really appreciate it if somebody had any ideas, what’s going on before I send all these cameras back …thank you.Show lessPeter b me
Ver 4.1.14 not working
App has been working well until most recent update. When new update installed (4.1.14) all my cameras disappeared. App opens to an add camera page. I reinstalled all cameras. Once you close the app and reopen all cameras are gone again and you are back to add camera screen with no way to get out of it. Was forced to download the plain CamHi app (not pro). The updates are the problem!
Updates routinely mean I cannot access the camera until the “next” update. Don’t waste your money buying this! The camera is great, clear picture, crisp sound. But every time there’s an update, you can’t access the camera & they have to do ANOTHER update to fix what wasn’t broken. It costs too much to be a decoy, but if you want a security camera, it’s useless.

Worked well until it didn’t
Worked well until it didn’t. I started having the same issue as others with horizontal view distortion after updating IOS. Tried to reset to factory, uninstall but now when I try to set it back up it tells me wrong password. So instructions tell me to reset factory settings but I can not because it’s not recognizing password. No way around this. No way to reset password. I have a camera that is in excellent condition but the software is dysfunctional. So now I have a camera in excellent condition that is useless.Show lessGfguufdsfguicdfgiyf
Worst camera app I’ve used!
I’ve used other camera apps and have to say, this is the worst ever. The volume stopped working despite all the correct settings. I have a complaint into the camera company. The only way to get rid of this app for an acceptable working app is to return the camera. Shame because the cameras are great!Show lessLaddie115

I have two of the cheaper cameras and four of the more expensive ones ill take the cheaper ones any day by far the better camera only thing is they hard for an old woman to figure out how to set.lib0829
