Just a broken app - no more - no less.
I had issues last year. I now have issues this year. Why have a mobile app if the app itself does not function as a mobile app.
Mobile training doesnโt work
It would be great if you could actually complete the mobile training on a mobile device.

I figure I finished my kpa training on my day off.
Boy i was wrong.. it doesnโt play the video just plain black screen with audio. Canโt exit or forward the steps basically just stick to desktop version for now.
I guess no go for iPhone users like me.

Looks/feels like an app made in 2002
The app itself needs improvement. Feel like the app is very out-dated. Hard to use. The font is very large. Glitchy to say the least

Canโt even check if time off got approved, I would rather just be able to use the website on my mobile but it wonโt let me ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

Doesnโt have face recognition capacity. Before logging information I need to switch my brightness settings from my preference, dark, to light setting to read KPA โinspection.โ Crashes at least once a month, resulting in even more time wasted doing simple tasks in deleting app, downloading app yet again, and set up. Not enjoyable. Not friendly.

Used to work
Using the app to record onsite training was the quickest and easiest way to get it done. For the last few months the app crashes as soon as it downloads your records. This necessitates scanning and uploading training documentation to the website. The additional steps required and time spent is wasteful. KPA should respect their clients time and commitment to maintain a safe working environment by streamlining the training process and fixing the app.

What a waste.
Slow, inefficient and frustrating
The program glitches a lot and Iโve had to uninstall and reinstall the program 4 times already (since June). Then, it takes a long time to update information daily so I usually have to wait a few minutes before answering the 5-6 short questions that are being asked of me.
Too many glitches
Would love Face ID login capabilities and for it to read my inputs. So frustrating having to input info more than once when it doesnโt register any of my responses.
