Great app, great support

I’ve been using weather now since 2017, my go to app, there are so many weather apps out there but this one is my I always go back too one. Very clean interface, great graphics & forecasts are very good. But specifically their support team is spot on when there is a glitch in the matrix. Thanks for all the years of great support.

Can't change location

This would be an awesome weather app IF you could change the location, but you can't or, if you can, it doesn't appear in any intuitive place and you can't find any instructions on how in the app nor on the internet. That is a deal-breaker imo.

Wrong location

If this app would get my location correct, I might like it. While it found me on the map, it is saying I’m in a completely different town which, from above, looks to be only a few miles away, but that town is about 1,000 ft higher in elevation than my town and has very different temperatures. I can’t seem to edit it, at least with the free version.
I’m on the verge of deleting this app.

Very helpful

Aside from the cool graphics, it delivers a correct weather conditions report.

Good app but has problems

Downloaded on iPhone and iPad. The current temperature was reading correct at -6 degrees C but the “feels like” temperature says 32. (Guessing this is in Fahrenheit, but still wrong). Tried contacting developer but doesn’t allow me to submit it

I mean, for the price, did grief

Why is it that I cannot add a location that is out of state. I’ve been add Missouri where I live, but I can’t add Michigan where I used to live. Why?? And why can I delete a location that evidently y’all had put on there because I didn’t put a location close to me except for mine. Like I said, for the price, good grief you’re available to do anything on this that you’d want to. And another thing when I try to email you, it said I was restricted from doing so now why is that?? So come on developer I’ll be waiting to hear from you and if not, you can take this app and stick it where the sun don’t shine and I’ll do advertising for you. So I’ll be waiting to hear from you.

Why did you brick the app on older iOS?

App displays to upgrade but doesn’t since I have an older iOS 12.4. Why brick your old software? Pretty disappointed.

Can’t find my city

I like the app but I entered 3 different Michigan cities and it can’t find any of them. I can see my house on the satellite view but it can’t find my town. It’s frustrating to have it open to a town 10 miles away. I’ll be deleting it.

Does what I need, and does it well.

I’m not a big weather nerd. For the most part, I need to know whether it’s too hot for me to go outside, so that’s mostly how I use it: to see whether I’ll be able to remain standing outside. In the wintertime, I just wanna know whether I can expect snow, and given the climate crisis, when there simply isn’t snow in NYC anymore, that means I seldom use the app. 😞 It still comes in handy to let me know how many layers to pile on, though, as I glance at the widget to see how cold it is (or isn’t).

If the app has bugs, I don’t see ‘em since my weather needs are so modest. The app is attractive and does the few things I ask of it, so I’ve kept it and most likely always will as there hasn’t been anything I’ve needn’t that it hasn’t had!
