Functions have been left broken
I’ve been a user since the early days. The very early days in fact. Submitted feedback about the app and the service was amazing, told everyone about it. But, these days, things seem very off.
Firstly; my list of WiFi SSIDs where I don’t want the service to run, seems locked. There are WiFi where I can’t remove them from this list so the app doesn’t work on that WiFi. And I can’t add new WiFi to it, to exclude them.
And then there’s the service limitations. On 4 different iPhones and 3 different networks; when the VPN is active, I can’t connect to my cameras on HomeKit secure video. This could be an iOS issue, but I don’t experience the same on my other VPN.
I’ve tried submitting feedback that the WiFi list is grey and locked, heard nothing back. It’s like that on all our phones so it’s not my phone.
Since I can’t reliably alter this behaviour without manually turning the VPN off and on, my only option left is to switch off, one last time, and find something with more control again.

Can no longer connect to any device no matter what I do to fix the problem
App no longer works since last 2 updates. Impossible to send bug reports or tell anyone unless I write this review. Had to switch to another vpn a week ago and I still can connect to 1.1.1.1 on any device anymore. Tried to update, delete. Reinstall app and vpn profile. Nothing and noone is helping me. I wrote multiple diagnostic reports that never managed to send so everything is been a big waist of my time. I always loved this app but now I feel like im turning in circle.

Usually works great...
This latest update made my phone unable to connect to the Internet via both Wi-Fi and cellular. I was going crazy trying to figure out why my phone wouldn't make a connection, even though the little icons showed I should be able to. I restarted my phone three different times, but it was still a brick, with data bars showing. Finally occurred to me too check this VPN, and once I disabled it everything worked normally again. As the title says, it usually works great, so great that I don't even know it's there. But this latest update needs a fix.

iOS 18 bugs
WARP mode does not work on iOS 18. Just DNS mode. And keep getting error when trying to submit bug report in app.

This app no longer works when using mobile data. Only works when using wifi
Not connecting
It was working just fine but the latest update today has broken everything. The connection is not going through it keeps toggling on and off. (For reference: current location is Pakistan)
