    As a manager i want to see the live dashboard and call metrics from the mobile app.

  • Buggy

    I can’t look at all the stats on the app, as an admin, I only see my own calls. When you answer, you have to close it in the app or it won’t ring for the next call. This feature doesn’t always pop up so it’s deceiving and easy to forget to do. Also, sometimes when someone else picks up the phone (on simultaneously ring) your app won’t stop ringing (if you have it on your web browser the rings stops but not on the phone app). You also can’t log your ticket in the app to a existing ticket, only create a new one.

  • Glitchy and missing features

    If I pick up a call on from a mobile device like a cell phone, the call will immediately drop.

    Also, there is no drop voicemail feature on this app.

    The app is just missing so many features.
