Super Glitchy - We All Hate It
Incredibly glitchy. Screens change without prompting causing unintended channel changes and more. Crashes constantly. Installed and reinstalled many times with no change. Poorly programmed by developers. Needs a ton of work.
System ones not update often enough
The system works well sometimes. However, they do not appear to update the software often enough to deal with the changes that apps make with their own software. I would question using it again if I was starting with a new system again.

It freezes often
I thought that smart houses in 2022 were seamless but this app freezes often and we end up using the apple remote instead or waiting a while for it to reboot. It’s not just one screen but all of them. There’s got to be something better out there.

Not working
The app auto closes when I choose iPad rack and I can’t get it to work.
Needs work
Just spent Tens of Thousands of dollars on a whole house install. This system has the potential to be great, but they need to work out all the kinks and road bumps. For example: Why can I not see all the devices in any of my iOS devices? Android devices can see them though…. That’s stupid and should be a simple fix. What’s with the delays? Always a delay. Then you have the frequent rebooting of the app. This should have all been worked out. I know the installers have been making them aware, but they play stupid very well and say they don’t know why it’s happening…. Have them re-boot app in phone…. All kinds of nonsense.
Last thing, the new URC dimming light switches, Totally need to be back on the drawing board. It does not cooperate with app, at all!!!

Integration and Good Programming is Essential for this!
As many know, URC is programmed only to professional installers. This doesn’t bother me because my dealer made sure everything was done correctly. Love the fact I can do everything in one screen and see other rooms active in the system. URC makes amazing remotes and tablets super sleek and modern as well as super easy to use! There is literally nothing better right now! Get URC! URC if you’re reading this please add that we can add our own images that is the only thing I’m asking other than that I’m super happy! I even had Control4 , Savant and Crestron. Almost gave up until my dealer showed me URC and it just works! No complicated menus and easy to use graphics!
