Not very good
This “app” isn’t really an app but a wrapper for their website (functions identically to opening in the browser). The site isn’t mobile friendly to begin with so this app offers no improvement.

Never works. The two factor passwords are rubbish…what’s wrong with a 6 digit number??????
Can’t open the daily reward calendar on the app
So what’s the point?? It’s just the exact same thing as going to the website on your phone but still less stuff
ARP 6.0 is garbage
Rip Alienware arena, it was fun the last few years. Made it to silver. The app is buggy, loggin doesn’t remember user credentials, and two factor authentication is broken and persists every time you login. How can a company release such horribly buggy software to the public without any basic testing. That’s basic rule #1 of SDLC. Don’t get me started on the arp6 redesign, just god awful. I’ve deleted the app.

It’s ok
It could use some work as an app, as it stands it’s just an isolated version of the mobile website. Could benefit from just a little bit of attention and refinement to make it a viable app but it does what it’s meant to.

Alienware Arena Review
This is a good app but it still needs a lot of work. It’s a bit difficult to navigate but I really like how you can claim prizes when you are away from your computer.
