Very poor technical support for the money I’m trying to contact them for a whole week and the only response I am getting it don’t worry what does that mean I don’t know.
And my coin is stuck in that cold wallet and I cannot move it out

New user
The start setup is very vague and I found it confusing. I set up an account on ELLIPAL and got the memonic phrase,no problem. Then when I went to my phone,it said to setup an account which I did then it gave me another memonic phrase. NOW DID IT SETUP another account? So now I don’t know if I have more than one Private and Public keys!! I don’t want to put in money and not know where it is.

Thank you for writing, actually the first step is to create an account on the Titan, and then connect it with your App, so you will have a cold wallet account on the app. And if you directly create an account on the App, you will have a hot wallet account that shows an orange color :)
Terrible
Shows your balance and it fluctuates based on the market but doesn’t give you actual access to your balance for several hours. Funds are in the account and it says insufficient funds when trying to send to somebody else. Today is my last day using this app
Coins not safe in your Ellipal beware the DEX !
The ELLIPAL Dex sometimes doesn’t send your tokens but takes your coins and says success. !!! I waited a week and tried again just in case it was me but nope ... talking to anyone isn’t an option it seems and now I’m more worried having my coins in the ellipal than I ever have been even without cold storage ❌❌❌

Hello there, I am sorry for the user experience, but all your transactions are handled by the blockchain network, and usually, the balance of a coin will be updated after the confirmation numbers are enough on the sucess transactions :)
More support for other crypto’s.
I really enjoy this cold wallet. But please add support for additional crypto’s. Definitely add support for vechain ASAP please.
App crashes when trying to send from app
The app crashes when trying to send any coin from the app. This is on an iPhone 11 pro max worh iOS 13.1.
Good But a Few Issues
Used the app for a few days now. App appears to work correctly. There are a few issues:
1) There should be an optional PIN or pattern to enter before accessing the wallet. This prevents someone from casually launching the app and see how much you have in the wallet.
2) The BTC receive address should change once it is used. This provides added security.
3) Support for more tokens. I’m sure this will come eventually but it needs to be mentioned. And I did the update to firmware 2.0.
There are a few problems with the hardware wallet too but this review is just for the app.
