  • Overall really good

So far we are really loving these! They are super helpful for packing to move cross country. I love that you can add pictures and descriptions to all the items in your box. Very easy to scan. I ordered these on Amazon and made copies of the labels and printed them on sticky labels so we could have a QR code on all 4 sides + 1 on top.

The only things I noticed that would make this helpful:

    1) A box count for all profiles. We are packing an entire house and have 1 profile for boxes going to the apartment and 1 profile going to storage. I couldn’t find a total count anywhere for the profiles.

    2) Sorting - the app lets you sort, but it only lets you sort on one option. I wish I could have it sort by Location first THEN sort by Title. Right now when I sorry by Title, it mixes all my locations.

    3) Inventory sheets sent to email - this is an awesome feature, but for the PDF, it prints each box on a separate page. I can see that maybe being useful, but it seems like a waste of space when I only have a couple of things per box. Also, the inventory sheets don’t have the pictures on the PDF, you just get a link to the picture which is not helpful if you happen to want to physically print out the sheets for reference.

  • Missing field for the value of the item

The app is very good, but in my opinion it is missing a very important feature: it should have a field to put the value of the item and sum the values of all the items in a box. That would help a lot in the moving inventory.
  • Great app, needs more integration

This is a great app for personal and small business use. I use it as part of my e-commerce inventory management system.

A major drawback is the app is not available on the desktop.
  • Free, or is it?

They advertise as free but to use you have to buy the labels even if you are printing them yourself.
  • Functional but terrible UI/UX Design

Moving to a new home and wanted to place QR codes on my boxes to be able to organize all my things before the move and make unpacking simpler.

I searched for QR codes on Amazon and this is the app is associated with stickers purchased.

The UI is horrendous and turned me away. Taking a look at the other apps, I’m a fan of BoxOrganizer. The QR codes are unfortunately incompatible.

I would look into getting your own Thermal printer like Phomemo and just create your own QR codes to not be tied to one app.

  • Loving the App! Organizing Made Easy

I just started using this system last night, - putting away Halloween Decor and getting Thanksgiving/Christmas out - and am thoroughly impressed. But what’s more impressive is I came here to offer a review and feedback and noticed that MANY of the other suggestions in other reviews have already been implemented by the developer. Kudos!

FEEDBACK: It would be helpful if the consumer could have an option to color code their tote codes/names, as shown in the My Totes List. For instance: Red could indicate the tote is filled to capacity. Green could indicate there is still space available for things to be added. Perhaps even Blue to indicate that a box is ready for moving/shipping.

Otherwise, I’d give this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s been a HUGE help!

  • Absolutely phenomenal!

If you’re in the military, download this…do the work…thank me later. I can literally type in the last four of an NSN, and it tells me which tote my item is in and how many I have. Mind blown how organized my stuff is!
  • Great for inventory but…

I’m really enjoying organizing my business inventory with this system. The only thing I don’t like is when I search for an item the name of the tote doesn’t show up, only the QR code does. That would make looking for inventory so much quicker if the tote name showed up! Other than that I would recommend if you have a large inventory of stuff. Very easy to use!

  • Great Organization Tool!

Awesome app and features! They thought of everything when it comes to organization. Excited to get all the rooms, boxes and totes completely organized. A search function and even integrates with Amazon Alexa.
  • Average App

The App and QRS labels are great. One major issue is the ability to delete and completely remove an old/damaged QRS sticker from the App. The app only allows for you to move it to another profile. Otherwise the system works fine.
