  • Security is questionable

The app itself works just fine for me. Could use a little improvement but, it gets the job done. However, it’s impossible to know where my information/inventory is being stored. My information going to an unknown cloud is a deal breaker for me. There should be a way to store your items locally or in your own secure cloud so you have better control over your own privacy. Just my opinion.

  • Great But Needs Some Improvement

I love having it searchable but I also wish there was a way in app to re-order the items so I can group things together that go together in the tote.
  • Needs improvement

I like the idea for this app but the interface needs improvement. The add item and save button should be at the bottom of the screen. Most people have big phones and it’s bad app design to place these buttons at the top which requires you to move your fingers. When I’m packing, I want to be fast and efficient as possible. Another big flaw with this app is that it comes preloaded with all these locations that you can’t remove. It’s extremely time consuming to scroll through this list especially when most people aren’t using all these categories. You can’t even change the default to your desired location because it’s stuck on Garage. You can only add photos one at a time instead of selecting multiple photos at once which slows you down. Please fix these problems

  • Love the concept

Love what this app is about but I CANT SIGN OUT!!
Put in the wrong email and now I’m stuck! Glitches every time I try and sign out!!!
  • Could be better

App stops allowing lines to be added (or should I say viewed) after 12 lines. You cannot see what you are typing past this point.

Without this it’s pretty useless for some boxes.
  • Awesome but still needs a little more work

I love the ability to organize so easily. It would be nice if items in a tote were organized alphabetically.
  • I love this App

I collect Rae Dunn and I love that this allows me to see what I have while I am out! I can just type in Wicked Witch Mug to see if already own it! I also love the Exact Keyword search! If I type Halloween Rae Dunn it only brings that up! Not all my other Halloween decor! I can’t wait to use it organize my Capsule Clothing!

  • So helpful! Recent improvements excellent!

I love this app! It’s been very useful while packing to move. They recently added the ability to customize location, and move items from one label to another. Search function now recognizes parts of terms and is not case dependent (search for “misc” turns up “misc” “Misc” “miscellaneous” “Miscellaneous” etc - which is great since I’m not always consistent how I enter or search!)
    Great improvements!
Developers seem to be responsive to making changes as users request. I’ve only been using this app a couple of months and it’s usability has improved greatly!

One thing I’d love to see - ability to select multiple labels to change location. As we move, I’d like to mark which vehicle or storage location boxes are at, but I have to go into each label individually to do that and it takes a lot of time.

  • Good start, Airtable does it better for free

Not too bad to start with, certainly usable. Searching is good.

    1. Need the ability to look across all profiles and not have to look at each one individually.

    2. Two levels of location would be nice. Unit 1, shelf B. I realize I can create a single entry named “Unit 1 Shelf B”, but see next comment.

    3. Want to be able to filter by location. i.e. see everything on Unit 1.

    4. Add an extra Tag fields that I can define and filter on. For example, I want to know what type of container it is.

    5. Emailed Report is not really useful to me as sorted. Let user filter and sort data, then email with an option of CSV as well as PDF

After I purchased the labels for $20 I realized AirTable could probably do the same thing. Yep, 10 minutes later I had it doing all the things I mentioned above with a better interface. I can still use the labels, but could print all my own cheaply.

  • Sometimes great, sometimes not

This is a great app in theory. It has helped immensely in organizing my online store inventory. However, it needs some improvement. Apparently it matters if it is capitalized or not (the app title doesn’t automatically capitalize letters, which is fine but sometimes the autocorrect on my phone does). If you search for “Soap” it cannot find “soap” items. Please fix this!
