Does not connect to the fan. After holding the Bluetooth button on the device nothing happens in the app.PurpleKiwi17
Stopped connecting with Bluetooth.
Had it 10 days and no longer can connect. Tried everything. Hard reset, uninstalled app, nothing. Bought it for this feature. Returning it. Too bad because if it also had a remote I probably would have kept it.sawmd

Works great, could do with one significant improvement
Please add support for Shortcuts!!! It’d be AWESOME to set something up like:
* Arrive home
* Get temp
* If temp > 70f, turn on fan
The pairing and control functionality that currently exists is fast and simple, however Shortcuts support would get me to 5 stars,iSichas
Great products and app
I have the Lasko outdoor fan and one of their tower fans for my bedroom. Absolutely love the convenience of the app when I am entertaining outdoors or in bed at night. I get a lot of complements on the outdoor fan and it has proven to be great for small outdoor gathering during covid.Diggidyjohn
Really handy instead of a remote
It’s pretty cool cause I’m in my room on my phone and don’t have to look for a remote when I’m in bed but the one thing that’s really annoying is the app how it restarts every time you switch back to it from another app like there should be anAccessibility they could add on maybe to the control center to atleast turn on or off other than that it’s a great useful feature hopefully they can fix that issue an not restart the app every time you leave it. Update: so I found out instead of waiting for the whole app to reload if you don’t completely exit the app and still leave it theee while another app if you click back into it instead of waiting for the app to restart if you memorize where the buttons are you can click them before the app fully reloads making it faster to turn off and on the fan hopefully they can fix that small bug but that’s a way to make it a lot faster instead of waiting for 20 secondsShow lessmac_attc
App restarts at every opening
For whatever reason the app restarts every time i go to another app or even the home screen and the app is still active in the multitasking screen which is quite annoying to say the least. Furthermore, I would like for a clock timer as well if that’s possiblequizdragon42

Suggestion: it’s be great to be able to set up a timer for the fan via the app. Such as if I want it to turn it on everyday at 9pm to get the air circulating before I went to bedPrismo Pickles
Bluetooth stopped working after a week
I was so excited to get this fan because of the smartphone/Bluetooth capability but the Bluetooth stopped connecting to the fan after a week. Utter garbage. I'm returning it.Bettie Jo
