You could not have been redirected to our website which has a different subscription system. Are you sure you signed up on the app and not on the website. Please contact us immediately because you are not using the app but on the website. Doesn’t make sense, totally different systems and neither are connected.
Paying for app that won’t allow access

The subscriptions are fully integrated into the Apple dev system. Please send your receipt to us and we will look into it but it’s integrated into the system. If you were truly charged it wouldn’t lock you out. Please send it and we can confirm.
Errors and no support

Hello! Unfortunately the new iPhone update affected certain phones and it is fixed and we are testing it. Happens to millions of apps with every update but we are on it and new update will be available today or tomorrow.

I’m sorry, but did you see the first category which is completely free? You don’t need to register or pay to use those. Make sure to install the latest version and update your device so all of the great free to use functions work for you. You can always contact ty@dreamykid.com to see if you’re having a unique issue because we haven’t seen the issues you’re having.
Would be great if it actually worked more than 5% of the time!
