Glitch while ordering
There’s a glitch while ordering. I clicked on appetizer and the option popped up. I then clicked on boneless wing but the pop up appetizer menu got stuck on the screen. I couldn’t customize my boneless wing order because of the pop up menu was blocking it. I had to close the app out and redo all my order. It was very frustrating. Fix the glitch on the pop menu then the app will get better stars

Best pizza
I’ve been eating mean his pizza since I was 13 years old and I moved to Fresno it’s been a part of my life forever best pizza I’ve ever had
Disappointed
Created an account that the app refused to allow me to sign in to. Had to try 5-6 times to get my order to process and after that, despite being charged the delivery fee and inputting my address, it somehow put the order in for takeout. Didn’t find out until a phone call 1.5 hours after placing the order. Family loves the pizza, but this app is total trash. I expected better.

Payment issues 50% of the time.
When we want to pay my wife and I always have issues even when using different cards and different phones. No idea what is the reason.

Hoped the app would be better....
I have tried ordering online and even though I live only a mile away, receive a message I am outside of their service area. So I downloaded the app...everything is great and go to enter my bank card. Just like A LOT of other comments, it won’t work. I hate calling in as there is so much background noise that you can’t understand the mumbling of the workers. So frustrated...I had my heart set on pizza tonight. It’s truly sad when comments from a year ago complain about the same thing and the app is still useless.

Fix delivery option
Delivery option always says wrong payment info but when you switch it to take out it’s processes the payment.

Only been able to order online about 2 times so far. Keeps having problems completing my order.
