Got to day 4 and it doesn’t work anymore. The workout starts and the timer counts down but it doesn’t count the reps so can’t move forward

Easy to do but effective. Not too much ch to wear you out, you’re still working.

It works if you do

I’m in the middle of my 3rd 30 day challenge and it definitely is improving my legs and backside. The workouts are not intense but they are progressing and I can feel a challenge at the end of each brief session. I’m reading complaints about the subscription but just complete the level you’re on and the next opens up, for free. Beyond the noticeable improvements to my lower half, what it’s really done is establish a daily need to DO SOMETHING. My thanks to the creators!

Good workouts but super fast. I like to workout at my speed not theirs . Sometimes going slower is better for the workout. I feel rushed.
